Bryan gave me an estimate/proposal a couple years ago. In the end I decided to do some of it myself. However I never completed some of the roof work and moss removal. So this spring I called Bryan come back and give another estimate to complete it. Joel came and did exactly as I requested. House gutters and roof looking great again! Chase from VIP Maintenance just finished doing an excellent job cleaning the gutters on the roof of our home. He was polite and courteous from start to finish, did an excellent job (sparkling clean, efficient, cleaned up after himself), and the price was very reasonable. I used VIP maintenance last year for my widows and gutters and they did an excellent job. Thy even came back a few days later to make sure everything was clean and clear. This year we used them to power wash our driveway and as you can see from the picture air was amazingly clean. Their team is very professional and always do a great job.

Got my entire roof demossed by these guys and they were better than I expected. I was worried at the beginning simply because we had it done a few years ago and the other company did a terrible job. VIP maintenance was very professional and all their workers had a harnace during the entire job. They even sprayed the roof after physically scrubbing the whole roof . A+ work and worth every penny .
