We inherited a stylish white couch. For the first couple years of our baby’s life, we covered it carefully with blankets but eventually gave up. The old couch was looking dirty and unsightly and we thought we’d have to replace it but figured we’d try Smithwerks first. We are very happy with the results. Our couch is much brighter and looks a lot fresher. Our 2 toughest stains (beer and tea) were faded to nearly invisible. Other stains of chocolate and baby puke are all gone. It has really made our living room look that much nicer and I can see this couch in our future for a long time. Luke, the technician, was polite and easy to work with. Scheduling was a breeze.

Our carpet is at least 30 years old, and was showing the wear and tear of family parties over Christmas and the holidays. Enter Smith Werks West Vancouver Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning. Merrick, the young carpet cleaner, did an outstanding job. The carpet actually looks brand new! I have used Smith Werks for years, and nobody does a better job at a reasonable price than they do. I recommend them highly! PS The carpet dried quite quickly, and we were able to restore order sooner than I had expected.

I use SmithWerks whenever I need my carpets cleaned. Recently a young man called Luke came to do the carpets in the upper bedrooms, the hall and the stairway. I was most impressed by his efficiency and his manner. He was pleasant, and explained what he was about to do. He found spots that I had missed. When he had finished, the carpets were clean and he cleaned up and removed his equipment easily and without noise. I would highly recommend this company and this young man.
