These guys just cleaned our building...they did an OK job on the washing but were completely negligent in taking care not to damage gardens around the property. They trampled and killed a bunch of plants by stomping all over and through them with their boots and hoses. Had they taken care, they easily could have done their job without damaging the gardens as there's a strip of grass to work from around the whole building, between the building and the gardens. I observed the workers obliviously mashing through the plants with no effort whatsoever made to avoid them. These plants cost money- they are planted, paid and cared for by the ground-level owners. It shows this company has little respect for the properties they work on.

We started using these guys last year when they cleared my roof and gutters of pine needles. They did a very thorough job and have since been back to clear the gutters after the fall. We also just had them come and pressure wash our driveway and patio areas. Again a very thorough and professional job. Marco, the owner and Jimmy, who works alongside, are a pleasure to work with. The Sea to Sky team arrived promptly and efficiently cleaned the whole exterior of my home : windows, siding , solarium and skylights. It sparkles ! Everything was going well until the sun came out and dried the pavement and I noticed a couple of areas that weren't quite clean. Marco said that they would be by the next afternoon but didn't give me a time. I waited around until almost 4:30 and then here he comes with an attitude. No apology for his worker not doing a good job, just hostile. This was an easy fix and Marco didn't need to be nasty. I gave him a chance to fix it and he gave it a half assed effort and all kinds of excuses why it was my fault. It's not when the job is going well that you can tell how good a company is, it's when things go wrong that shows you how they treat their customers. Recommend this company? No.

First time customer, will hire them again. Very professional service including a detailed quote, a well trained and on time team and modern equipment. They did a great job cleaning my shake roof and power washing my concrete, cedar and vinyl decks and epoxy/pebble front stairs as well as cleaning the eaves and washing all the windows, all at a reasonable price. The team was very responsive to my suggestions and requests and were very respectful of my property. Highly recommended.

lousy service.supposed to start cleaning at Belmont Towers on July29th cancelled to July 30th.worked 2 days and no show until day after BC day holiday supposed to be finished by Aug.9th new notice up today will not be completed until Aug 14th.this is very poor service and should be advertised as such.
