WORST appliance repairman ever. Do not accept service from Norms appliance whom they are affiliated with. They never pick up the phone and rarely answer voicemail. Ditched me on two follow up repair appointments and when I called for explanation I was told "Norm doesn't know where the parts are." No call, no nothing to say he wasn't able to make the appointment. Took me 3 months to finally gets refund for the initial fee I paid when he came for the first assessment.
