We run a tourist camp in Nipissing and Andrea along with her team are a valued supplier. Along with our camp laundry requirements Pine Hill provides me with personal wash and fold services and I am over the moon happy with the results. Not only do they meticulously care for and clean your items they are down right honest. On the last delivery of my clothing there were 2 twenties at the bottom off the hamper. The owners here are some of the nicest people you'll ever meet, they helped me out huge when I was in college, they have good specials and a cute dog who is always in the shop. If you have to use a laundromat absolutely use this one.

The owners are very friendly and are always willing to help out. You can bring change, they can make change or if you are in need of doing more laundry they have a debit machine for use. They have 2 washing machines that can take very large loads (3+ sheets sets at a time), 20 or so regular size machines and all the dryers are oversized and work very well. The facility is kept very clean. They also have a wash and fold service for dropping off your laundry and picking it up later in the day.

I do laundry here every week. Very friendly, good prices and great machines. It's been a while since I found a laundromat with dryers that can dry my clothe in 30 minutes and their dryers can dry my two loads in one in 32 minutes. Amazing ????

I found this laundromat by the reviews it had and im glad I did. The owners are great people and their little dog (Buddy) is the absolute cutest. I love the large washers where i can throw everything in and save some cash. The dryers are hot and everything dries quick.

The service is great, owner is knowledgeable and knows how full the machines need to be to get your clothes properly cleaned. He always makes sure you don't overfill the machines. Instead of making you use three machines, he'll try to save you money by getting you to use the big machine instead. Super friendly dude, always willing to joke around with whoever comes through the door. While the review below does list some things that are true, the only reason the owner tries to advise you how to use the machines is because he wants your clothes to get cleaned properly, not to charge more for the service.

Very nice owner, and has a vast variety of payment options. Ie. Coins/Bills/Debit. My washer broke so I went with about 2 weeks of clothes and paid 8.25 for the "large" machine that fit all my clothes, as well as 3.25 for a load that I had of oily clothes. The owner was knowledgeable in removing the grease and smell. Closed Mondays, 8-6 weekdays, 8-4 weekends

I read the reviews of a few places and this one sounded the best. After going here I can see why this is the best in the city. The owner is friendly and helpful, the prices are very reasonable, and what I thought would be 2-3 loads could fit in one machine! They also offer a launder service that is incredibly reasonable (my two jumbo bags of laundry would cost only 30 for them to do). I don't normally post reviews, but the service here was so great that I want to make sure this business is supported.

I just moved to north bay. I tried a laundromat close by and had a horrible experience. The following week I tried Pinehill and will be going there from now on. They were very helpful and professional. Clean. The price is good. Can pay with debit instead of coins which is convienent. There is coffee and food in the same plaza. I suggest anyone looking for a place to do laundry go to pinehill.

We were at the cottage in the North Bay area for 3 weeks and needed to do laundry part way through. We were coming in to North Bay for some groceries and other supplies and found Pinehill online. It was the easiest laundromat for us to access while we did our other running around. The owner was awesome! He spotted us the coin for the machines and I was able to pay him with debit since it was over $10. I had a huge Rubbermaid tote full of our laundry. We used the large commercial washing machine ( I couldn't believe it fit in one load!) and 2 dryers and he had detergent available for purchase. It was $14 for the whole thing. The clothes were done in an hour. A total time saver and steal, if you ask me! We will definitely be back for our next cottage trip!

Great laundromat! Machines in good order and clean space. You can use your debit card or coins to pay for the washing machines and dryers. The owner also offers a wash and fold service. Excellent customer service!!
