Horrible bullying & threats by office staff to pay bill less than 24 hours after service rendered which was not completed as admitted by the people who did the original jab & promised to come back, but did not. Sister paid full bill within 48 hours of original service rendered and job not complete.

Incredible cleaners, very presentable, take pride in their work. Bathrooms have never looked better. Windows sparkling clean inside and out, They vacum out the runners, wash the sills . Wash baseboards, I am always excited to come home on cleaning day our dog also loves them. Great price for the work done

We have had excellent service from NYOCS for the past 4 years. They are very flexible when I ask for extras to be done, always on time, I LOVE coming home from work when I know the house has been cleaned. I highly recommend them, cost effective, great service.

North Cleaning

The negative review and her friends 2 so 3 reviews in general are not accurate. We cleaned the house as per the cleaning plan she signed . She had rented the house to 3 individuals all on welfare with several dogs and cats, their were pet feces all over the place. The owner the day before the cleaning was to pick up all the pet feces empty the mouldy food out of the fridge it was a horrible site the condition the house was left in. She was very happy with the cleaning until her real estate agent came over and found cat feces behind the furnace, the renters did not supply litter boxes. Cleaning does not include picking up animal waste we washed it off the walls and had to wear masks during the cleaning the house was so gross took 2 cleaners 2 full days to clean the house. Landlords take care in who you rent to check to see how they are taking care of your property and avoid this very unnecessary scenario

Our home on airport hill has been well maintained by these wonderful cleaners, dealing with the office staff is very easy if we are going to be away or need extra cleaning, they aways accommodate our needs. Our dog looks forward to seeing them every week.
