Horrible experience! Company attempted to over charge 3 hrs of expensive labour! Nothing like being yelled at by the owner/manager for defending yourself over the bill. Installation was ok but now have a drain pipe running through 2 walls. Cannot put our washer back in its original location. Walls were fully open to allow the drain to be installed through the studs in the walls. Permit wasn’t registered to our adddress correctly, had to call in and update it for insurance purposes. Do not recommend.

My furnace was dying and they came out immediately. The problem was fixed as best as he could, as the unit was ancient and parts were hard to come by. I was treated like a person and a valued customer. He explained what was wrong, what he was doing to fix it, and was up front about the cost. Not once did I feel like he was talking down to me because of my lack of knowledge concerning mechanical matters. I'll definitely be going to them to get my furnace replaced when it's time.

Laurie was an amazing woman in a world where people aren't so caring anymore. My family has had a very long string of bad luck recently and I called Laurie after many failed attempts in 100 Mile House with bad boiler technicians. We were completely without heat after these others finished making things worse and walking away. I was at my wits end and crying. Laurie recommended an amazing man from the 108 mile that does work for RL7 and he came right away and provided our family with oil heaters until he could return. He came back 2 days later and WE HAVE HEAT!!!! He did what nobody else could do. Ken Larson....you were amazing and a blessing. Laurie we appreciate you more than you will EVER know. I am so thankful and am so glad that now we have a fantastic, knowledgeable company in our corner. Many Thanks RL7!!!
