I used Flor's Cleaning around 2 years ago. I was home while the cleaning took place. The cleaner was in one of the bedrooms while I was in the living room. I heard something drop and a shattering noise. When the cleaner was done with the room, I went in and noticed a sentimental acrylic trinket was missing. I didn't say anything when I heard it but rather waited to see what the cleaner would say to me. The cleaner didn't say anything at all. I finally confronted them about it when the cleaning was finished and they were leaving. The cleaner blatantly lied to my face and said the noise was just a mop falling over or something like that. I called the cleaner out on their lie and ended up speaking to one of the manager's or owner on the phone. They told me they spoke to the cleaner and that nothing happened and they believe the cleaner. Then I got a call back saying the cleaner admitted to breaking it. Then I got another call, backtracking on the admission and saying again that they didn't break anything and the cleaner's were very trustworthy. If they would have just apologized at the time it happened I'd be very understanding, but the fact that I was lied to my face in my own house was extremely disrespectful. I refused to pay anything for the service because of this. I'm finally leaving this review after getting a letter from a 2nd collection agency for not paying for the service. I'll happily delete this poor review if the attempted collection is canceled.

"They" say the staff will treat the clients the way the boss/owner treats them; I have found that to be true. Also, the staff's attitude will reflect that of their superior. I can attest directly to the great attitude of Marcia. She not only respects her staff and appreciates all of them for all they do; she loves them! This company is run like every client is a beloved family member!

An employee was diagnosed with the Corona Virus on Thursday night and I made one phone call to Flor's cleaning on friday and my office was cleaned and disinfected on Saturday. Horrible! The first cleaning was ok, except for broken items in the house that were found and they never said anything, the cleaning was basic- The second cleaning was awful, the send two people who don't speak English, and did know the difference between a can of furniture cleaner and a can of dog food, WHY because they cant read!! I took over 20 photos of all the areas that were never cleaned, I sent photos to the manager, she reviewed, and said this was unacceptable, an there was NO CHARGE LOL.. and thanked me for the pictures so her crew can learn to do better REALLY!!!! What is this there training grounds???? Flores cleaning was fired, and will never come back here again, manager and crew are totally useless, and after all this I have still not heard from the owner, I now use Molly Maid, and you should to, Call Molly Maid and ask for Doug, you'll be glad you did!

I hired Flor's to deep clean our whole house after a remodel project. That very thick dust gets everywhere. The team was friendly and efficient. They arrived on time with all the supplies they needed. They paid attention to every detail, interiors of cabinets, interior and exterior of windows, doors, ceiling fans, and much much more. The products they used were fresh smelling and safe for pets. I highly recommend their services and will be hiring them again in the future.
