As a family, we use this dry cleaning service on a weekly basis for all different items, including dry cleaning of clothing, washing of all bed linen & even duvet washing & drying, the service received is always second to none, with very friendly staff whom offer advice on the items we take in. We hired a carpet cleaner from here this weekend. There was a hiccup with the machine through no fault of anybody. They collected it, figured out the problem and had it returned to us within no time along with some organic detergent and fabric softener as a gift which I have used and love! Used this place twice now for dry cleaning. First time my top had completely come apart and was beyond repair and they told me to go back to the place I bought it from. A few days ago I thought I'd try again and go back a second time as I needed a ted baker dress cleaning. When I collected it the stitching had come apart on the top. There was also a dirty mark on it which wasn't there before. I pointed this out to them and they said they'd get it repaired and re cleaned. When I collected it they tried to charge me £6 for the repair. I explained this was their fault and been caused by them cleaning it. The lady in the shop said she was very shocked to hear this and would not charge me for the repair on this occasion. The dirty mark is still there. Needless to say I won't be returning!

Ordered a carpet cleaner at 2am due to a poorly dog, I will spare the details. Cleaner was delivered at 8.45am and worked brilliantly. Can't believe the colour of the water that came out of our carpets and they are fairly new, Caprets were dry within around an hour. Will certainly be regularly cleaning them using Fairviews Machine

Booked a Rug Doctor carpet cleaner & dropped of a school blazer & a couple of winter coats. Carpet cleaner was all ready & waiting when I arrived & Sharon gave clear instruction on how to use the machine. Carpets look significantly better now! Dropped the machine back & picked up the Blazer & coats. Sharon has done a fabulous job of getting some difficult marks out of the coats & the blazer looks fabulous. Great service and lovely staff.

Utterly brilliant service, was extremely helpful and very accommodating, even over a Bank Holiday weekend. Cheaper than hiring from a supermarket and much better cleaning solution supplied. Cleaned up a 4 seater corner sofa and footstool no problem. Got rid of long stubborn stains that we thought would never be removed, made a 3 year old couch that 3 dogs would sleep on look brand new. Will definitely be going back if we need to hire a rug doctor again

Fairview cleaners are exceptional and offer a personal service. if You have a stain of any kind especially on fabrics like silk or cashmere, rather than try your own methods to remove and end up spoiling the garment, the staff at fairview always work on it and they have never ever let me down. Used this service when had no washing machine, have found spots in most items of clothing such as the one pictured. Ruined multiple items of clothing including some very expensive ones. Logos have come off of clothes as well (also pictured). Will never return or use this service again.
