We finally decided to get some help with cleaning the condo. Our busy lives mean that this is one of those things that we just never seem to get completed all at once. Our first experience was today and they did a one time deep clean. There were a few little items that they could do better on. But this was the first time. Expectations are still being established. One of the team members was on her very first job, so we won't be too hard on them. Overall we're very pleased especially with this little touches. They were great at finding out our needs and in their onboarding process. Thanks Maidpro Waterloo, especially our Pros Noomi and Kyla! You were very cordial and accommodating. We look forward to a long term relationship!

Awesome service, very professional, high quality and great value. We got deep clean of the full house after about 2+years. We have two kiddos below 5yr who pretty much does fuzz and mess while playing and eating. Our fridge, floors and walls had some stains everywhere and MaidPro professionals made sure to clean every bit of it. I highly recommend to try their service and you wouldn't regret it for sure. Mamad and his team (Felicia and Seham) got the job done in 2 days and spent extra time to make sure everything is complete as per the contract.

I wanted my newly bought condo in downtown Kitchener to be cleaned. The previous owners had made a mess of the place. Ordered cleaning through MaidPro. A girl name Naomi was the cleaner. She was professional, arrived on time and started cleaning. I left the keys with her. Next day when I went to check, I could the condo was cleaned very well (see photos). All the grease, grime and scum were removed. I do not have any issues with the cleaning or the customer service of the company. I recommend the service to whoever looking for professional cleaning. The rates are competitive.

When the team first arrived, the manager immediately started telling me what they could do and what they couldn't do, which is fine, but I found his tone a bit patronizing. Also, I had some things I wanted to explain, but it really didn't feel like he was interested in listening or understanding me. That being said, the actual cleaners, Patty and Sebam were fantastic! Incredibly thorough and skilled. They turned my kitchen and living room from depressing messes into spaces that I feel happy in! Patty seemed to be the leader of the two and her communication was excellent. Much better than the guy who dropped them off. If it weren't for his attitude I would give 5*. Oh and the cleaning job they did inside the oven is a miracle! Hire these ladies!

I found myself in a very bad situation, needing to move in a hurry with a landlord itching to sue for anything and everything. Thank God I found Maidpro. These wonderful people managed to clean my 1800 sq ft rental home. This was no ordinary job. Due to mobility issues and many commitments, cleaning became an afterthought. Mamad and his crew came in and worked diligently and joyfully, never batting an eye at the mammoth project. They did not judge nor criticize. They worked hard, but joyfully, and produced a clean home. I'm sure the landlady was deeply disappointed that she couldn't find a single reason to cause me legal problems!
