Do not deal with this company. They are a bunch of liars. First off. They didnt clean the house as they said they would. We asked for a certain service, they gave us something else and asked for us to call them again for another cleaning. MEANING MORE MONEY. The cleaners came and did a poor job cleaning leaving some of the house dirty including windows, stairs, and floors. The owner Laura said she would fix the problem and setup a time for them to come fix it then last minute she changes her mind, charges my credit card and refuses for fix her mistakes.. DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR CREDIT CARD. They will charge you for poor cleaning service. I flip homes for a living and would never use this company again.

I made a very last minute request for an Airbnb turnover and squeaky cleaning team made every effort to make it happen. I was more than thrilled to see how nicely they have prepared the house for my Airbnb guests. All the necessary detail were taking care of without my direction( because I did not have time to give direction that day). All and all great service great clearing I will book them again 100%.

townhome would be cleaned in 2.5 hours instead of the allotted 5 hours. The cleaners only cleaned one bedroom and one bathroom and said that they ran out of time and would need us to pay another 300 dollars for them to finish. It may sound like our house is filthy BUT it certainly isn't - we don't have pets or children and are very clean and use this service to get a deeper cleaning. I'm actually concerned what the two cleaners were doing in our main bedroom for so long. I did reach out to the head office and sadly they weren't apologetic or even remotely interested in discussing this further. I'm writing this review as I don't want others to have to go through what we did. Truly unprofessional and disappointing service.

Me and my friends had an awesome time here! Very clean and beautiful views. It was super roomy we had 8 people stay and had more than enough space. The host was very responsive and gave me all the information ahead of time. She even provided me with a list of places such as shopping, and restaurants to visit while we were there! I used this service for a deep clean and paid extra for my fridge and oven to be cleaned. The cleaners were friendly and came on time, but the overall cleaning left so many places completely untouched or barely completed that I ended up cleaning again myself the next day. The baseboards in some spaces weren't touched at all, areas around windows were cleaned but done quickly and multiple corners were still very dirty, there was visible dust on things like lamps. They did break a container in my fridge moving it, which is just something that happens. They did do a great job in the oven but for the fridge, they did not put the shelves back in the same heights (didn't even try), meaning we took everything back out and did ourselves to make it usable. The cleaners were also VERY loud - as in, when speaking to each other (they worked in the same place and rarely separately), it was so loud my husband and I stopped trying to speak over them to talk to each other. They were also not gentle with my home while cleaning and multiple times we would hear crashes and bangs from how they were moving the vacuums around the condo (mainly against walls, which did leave marks). I unfortunately wouldn't use this service again and don't feel the cleaning was worth 300+ dollars and it was certainly not a "deep" clean.

Pros: Cleaner arrive right on-time. Good job in washroom, fridge and cupboard. Cons: some floor area is not very clean. she can't remove oil stain in kitchen, while I removed it by blade within 10 minutes. This is something that a professional team should avoid.

- Paid $400 for a deep clean of my unit that was suppose to take 6 hours to complete. - The cleaner only spent 1.5 hours to clean my unit and had to leave early. - I still noticed some areas were untouched and not cleaned. - Waste of money. - Dont trust.

I made the horrible mistake of hiring Squeaky Cleaning. I told them that I had an empty 1200 square foot appartment that needed basic cleaning. Basic vacuuming, basic window cleaning, basic wall cleaning. That's it. There is no furniture, so how hard could this be? Well, let me tell you. Squeaky Cleaning said that 1200 square foot appartment would take 4.5 hours to clean by two people. They told me that the two cleaners would bring everything required. The first question one of the cleaners asked me was..."do you have a step ladder?" As apparently they realized that they would not be able to clean the top part of my windows. As all appartments have like an 8 foot high ceiling. Wow, so its my job to provide them with the tools they need to do their job. It was complete joke. And then they had the nerve to ask me to pay more so they could come back and clean another day. Wow. A completely empty appartment needs more time to clean. First off, if you can clean a 1200 square foot empty appartment in 4.5 hours....it wasn't really dirty to begin with. It would take two people at least 9 hours to clean an empty 1200 square foot appartment. So that is there scam. Underestimate the cleaning time...and hope they can screw you by charging you for a second day. Avoid this cleaning company like the plague. And zero effort was made on their part to try to fix the situation. Zero.

My husband and I recently purchased a home that was in need of a good clean. The appliances and carpets were in rough shape and there was allot of animal hair left behind from the previous owners. As usual with these types of services, extremely poor hygiene, using same wipes used in cleaning bathroom to clean other parts and areas, not washing hands after handling toilet and then proceeding to clean countertops....etc. Not recommended

We received no confirmation, but when called we were told the woman we requested Kitty, was not able to help us. Vee was scheduled but was a no show. They sent Maria instead. I told Maria myself and my parents would leave the apartment, but she could text me if she had questions. She announced her partner would be joining her. I asked who that was and she repeated her 'partner'. Sensing deception I pressed her for the name of said partner, and if that person was an employee, and she responded ' no, it is Eduardo", her husband, I told her that that wasn't going to happen, and she stormed out. Maria's initial deception and her demand to have her husband present seem to me to indicate they were up to something pretty sketchy. I contacted the company to complain and they did indicate they would tell Maria's supervisor, and that having non employees present was against their policy, for obvious reasons. I would like to know what happened as a result. I would warn everyone to be careful, and refuse anyone who is acting suspiciously.
