Wonderful team. Have been working with the same "lead" for five years and support from others who join her team. The "lead" loves my dog, makes sure she is happy first with a "treat" and then cleans my home. I look so forward to the visit from Molly Maid, and when I get home at the end of the day I am delighted with my beautifully cleaned house.

Hired them for a regular 90-minute cleaning for our 2 bed 2 bath apartment. Our cleaners were Diana and Debbie. Here is our experience: Pros: - They were punctual - They got their own cleaning supplies and wore masks at all times - Polite and professional Cons: - Cleaning was not thorough. Lampshades and cabinet tops still had dust. - Detailed information was not passed on to the cleaning staff from the company, and I had to constantly tell them tasks such as vacuuming the couches and bed. - You need to supervise the cleaning staff to ensure that the tasks that you requested were completed and done to your liking - Very expensive. We did not think it was value for our money.

Terrible!!! I paid $90 for 1 hour. They supposed to do a dusting job. A couple of times I checked the area what they finished and I show them all the dust left behind. Then they did the bathroom too, told me how much dust was there, and after they left I checked there too--and they were right, a very thick layer of dust was still there left behind. RIP OFF!

As a first time user, I was a little scared to hire a cleaning company. When I came home and saw the job that was done, I was so happy that I had called `Molly Maid`. My apartment looked like the day that I moved in!

The booking was fast and easy, and the ladies came in and worked seamlessly. Once they were done, (which only took 50 mins instead of the full hour) they asked me whether i liked it. Me, being naive and busy just agreed. I also got a text 5 mins later from the company asking the same thing. Since I left right after the clean. I replied good as well. NOW THAT I'VE HAD TIME TO ACTUALLY LOOK AT IT. They didn't really clean, they just shoved all the things ON my desk, into the drawer. I asked them to change the bed sheets and they only changed the flat sheet and one pillow(i had two, they left the other one blank) but not the duvet cover. They put my dirty clothes into my hamper with clean clothes. Which i specified all the clothes were clean (kinda expecting them to put them away). Somehow, they also threw my headphones into a pile of laundry when they were on my bedside table which wasn't even touched. To top it all off they threw away my fairy lights that were around my bed. Trying to be fair, they did clean the bathroom well.

The ladies do a very good job. They are professional, friendly, prompt and thorough. They always ask if I want to do a check and if they've missed a detail (I'm picky and they are human!), they quickly fix my concerns. I've had the service for 4 years and have been happy with all personnel - in office and those who come to the house. Perhaps a little more expensive than a private cleaner but we insist on a company that is fully insured and bonded. We've been pleased with the services provided.

I chose Molly Maids' for two reasons. 1) Once I had one of the maids buy my coffee in a drive thru as a pay it forward moment. I strongly support that movement!! 2) They were able to squeeze me in at the very last minute on Friday afternoon. I really appreciated that!! *****LISA and SUE from Team 8 came out for an appointment from 4-5pm. They were really sweet and hardworking girls. They did everything I was hoping for in the hours time frame. I think people have to understand that quality work takes time. I think the girls should be recognized for their hard work on the last job of the week!! I am very, very happy with my visit, and I hope to get Lisa and Sue again ????

Cleaners showed up early, didn't do anything and left before the schedule arrival time. There was an obvious lack of communication between the first person I arranged the service with, and the rest of the employees involved. It took over 2 hours to even find out they showed up and left without doing anything. The morning was a huge waste of my time. I found someone else to do the job they were meant to do. Update: I received an apology and credit to my account for future service.

Vary basic clean missed areas and didnt move simple things to clean, I moved my boots at the front door a few days later and could see they didn't move them or my little bench. They just cleaned around things, was my first and last time using them. Over priced for two people cleaning a one bedroom apartment.

Update: Molly Maid reached out to us and went above and beyond to ensure we were not left disappointed with the value and our overall experience. We have adjusted the review to 4 stars from 2 because we were quite impressed with this. Original: the apartment was not terribly dirty to begin with and was completely empty. The team who cleaned initially was only here for a short time and did a very poor job. Another team returned several days later and did do better but were only here a short while again. There were still untouched rooms and the areas cleaned were not done thoroughly. The staff i spoke with when booking and calling to express my disappointment were nice hence the 2 stars.

I have been using them since March 2021. Very punctual. Great thorough cleaning job. I have an apartment condo. Two bedroom. They are in and out in less than an hour. I was in hospital for a month in the spring. It was so great to come home to a spotless home. I highly recommend them

All of the Molly Maid staff are very thorough and professional. I have been using Molly Maid's services for a few years now and I am very pleased with their staff and services. I highly recommend them to anyone who doesn't have the time or physical abilities to clean their home themselves.

called ahead to change the time. They took the message and no one called back so the time was not changed. They did not clean the floor around either toilet, no dusting of chair rail, shower door was streaky and billing was wrong. Hell of a first impression

I live in a three story condo: not high end but comfy. Being a single parent some years back I decided to lighten my load and get a cleaning company come in every two weeks. I went through another large company: not satisfied, nor was I with a small local cleaner. Molly Maid in contrast has been great. Always informs the time of arrival and periodically checks on my satisfaction level with their service. Brings two women who both work diligently, don't smoke (so no lingering smell from their clothes), bring their own supplies and leave my house clean. Complete satisfaction and at a price less than the other large company I used and comparable to the small local company. I endorse heartily

I had molly maids come in as a have a disability, I am unable to clean to my standards anymore. I was incredibly disappointed with their services. I looked the exact same as it did before they showed up. After contacting the company, the woman on the phone was very disrespectful and refused to refund me my $110.00 I paid in cash to these two woman that came in. I DO NOT recommend this company to ANYONE.

Wonderful! I was just looking for a quote, they had a cancellation so they were able to come out an hour later! I was thrilled that my house was clean and cheery so quickly! The ladies were so personable, kind, and lovely. They did a great job, checked with me before leaving, and then I got a call the next day to double check that I was happy. Everyone i talked to was so nice, it was a pleasure to deal with this company and i won't hesitate to contact them again.

Molly Maid London cleaned our apartment after we moved from there. It was absolutely sparkling, and much cleaner than when we moved in. The team was professional, thorough, and finished much more quickly than we anticipated. Highly recommend!!

I asked for a "regular" clean; the girls weren't friendly but nor were they rude; I had the housed tidied and it was immaculate for them to be able to get to everything; I specifically said to not be afraid to move anything to dust/clean under - this was not done; I asked them to address the shower again and they didn't; I asked for a lamp to be windexed and it wasn't; light dusting but glass top tables not windexed; floors light vacuum but not thorough nor were they washed as requested. I have tried to reach the office but my call not returned yet - have had a team in the past that was extraordinarily wonderful so this was a big disappointment; have booked them to come bi-weekly so now not sure.
