Nothing but positive things to say. We called Specialized Plumbing Ltd, and they showed up the same day - working after hours just to see us. We knew we had a block somewhere in our pipes but just couldn't figure it out. Some appliances seemed alright, other were obviously backing up. Mark showed up and quickly figured out that we had a clog further down the line than we had thought. Turned out to be roots growing around our septic tank lid and into the pipes. I watched him and his apprentice pull the roots and an enormous clog out of the system and then check over the rest of the house to make sure that everything else was working well. They were polite, and the price was incredibly low for the hour + that they spent on the job. 10/10 would recommend, and will rely on in the future for any plumbing needs.

Would absolutely recommend this firm. I got same day service in the afternoon, but the leak continued in another place. The young man, Will came back in the early evening and worked quite late finally solving the problem. Great customer service which, as we all know, is not always the case.

My husband and I called specialized for a sewage line leak. They person that came was very friendly and was prompt but seemed very inexperienced and in a rush to get our job done. He had to bring out his camera which is 150 just to use it. He removed part of the blockage and told my husband he didn't want to remove more because it may block again. He said it would dry up and eventually move through. We paid 350 for his service and not being plumbers took him at his word. 2 days later we had to call another plumber and have the job done right. This plumber said if anything leaving a partial blockage will just create another blockage. Very disappointed in their service and knowledge so use at your own risk.

I recommend Mark and the guys at Specialized Plumbing for any plumbing job. My water heater was leaking and needed to be replaced. I called on a Saturday and left a message. Mark called back within an hour and asked all needed details. He said he would order a water tank and have it Monday. Unfortunately, the supplier did not ship the heater on Monday. Tuesday morning, he had one of his employees driver an hour each way to personally get the water heater, and it arrived by 10:00 a.m.. By that time another employee had drained and removed the old tank and was ready to install it. I also needed a faucet relocated in the garage. This was because the original was against the floor at the back of the garage under some shelves. Very difficult to get to with my disabilities. I'm very pleased that I no longer have to crawl on the floor to turn the tap on. The installations went perfectly, everything was cleaned to the condition it was in when they arrived, and the cost was very reasonable considering the extra effort involved in obtaining the water heater. Thanks to a great crew, I now have a new water heater and tap. I am very satisfied. Thanks, Rick in Trenton.

They were mostly helpful , they could not fix my problem toilet. Blamed it on the design, it was only 2 yrs old. They did provide me with a new one promptly, but after a 700 dollar bill , I found a tad expensive.

We have used Specialized Plumbing twice since moving to Belleville and we are beyond thrilled with their work! The first call was to diagnose a problem no one else could - a very tough one to find. After thoughtful and logical progression, Mark found it: a section of pipe had a corroded old drill bit left behind in a very inaccessible part of the line causing a blockage. Our second call was a straightforward install. Both calls were dealt with professionally, with courtesy and efficiency. Best of all, their rates are very fair. I certainly recommend these guys.

I was in a bind today as there was a blockage in my plumbing pipe causing a back up of sewage into my sink. I was pretty desperate for help. I called specialized plumbing and they immediately came to my home and fixed the problem in just under two hours. Great service provided, called after hours around 6pm and promptly recieved a call from owner roughly 10 to 15 minutes later, a technician pulled in around 7. Technician was great with procedure, care for household as well as workmanship with lots of helpful information for future reference. This was my first experience with this company and learned they provide a multitude of services including a camera of the pipe (Where applicable) to find the problem quickly and accurately. I could honestly check all the boxes for service, would definitely use their services again, highly recommend!

The best plumbing company I have ever worked with! I used to work for a builder in Ottawa, and have also done reno's in my previous homes, so, I have worked with at least 6 different companies just in the last 2 years, and these guys are the best. Mark is very kind, helpful, and honest. They also were patient with my schedule and needing to FaceTime them from my work to ask questions. My project was a big one with ripping up basement concrete and installing new plumbing for a bathroom we were building from scratch. I also had them install lines for a bar sink, and a second washing machine. The staff and apprentice were wonderful and had such great communication. When I asked for the most cost effective way, they provided it. Mark also gave me some 'design' advice and made my laundry set-up look a bit more modern in my old basement :) I will definitely call them again for my next project. Many thanks Specialized!!
