They did a great job cleaning the ducts, however they quoted half of what was actually charged. The quote was $350 without looking at the house, then charged $50 extra for each additional hole amounting to $700. Furnace filter was damaged, duct work tape that belonged to us was missing and they were supposed to come back to explain the extra money and repair a hole that they had left. They never showed up at the the time they said or even called and we haven't heard from the since. Would not recommend them based on this experience.
