American traveler 5 star. My hotel only had 1 washer and 1 dryer. As a business traveler, free time is limited. Polar Laundry is very friendly and had a service to wash, dry, and fold allowing me to do other things during this normally time consuming process. I received a phone call when my laundry was ready. I was shocked to discover this was a Purolator pick-up. I was a little annoyed because it said my package had been delivered to my place in Thompson when I checked online. But I recieved no phone call or delivery slip. It sat there for several days. The people were so nice, I couldn't really be mad, it's obviously a side business. The laundrymat seemed clean and stocked.
