A new small business providing top quality and friendly service. I easily booked cleaning for my vents online and the owner came out to do the work on time. Russ not only provided professional service, he provided valuable insight on the importance of proper cleaning and care for your venting. He gave recommendations on using proper adhesive to join ducting and showed me how to replace vent covers. During the cleaning there was a portion of vent that was misaligned in the celling, we were able to replace this with minimal damage to the celling while securing it in place. Top notch.

Dryer vent and Hvac filter/maintenance...one of the things that always fall to the bottom of the To Do list and often gets forgotten - at least around here. Lets just say it has been a while. I can't say enough about this excellent and necessary service. The booking process was on-line and seamless with text reminders. He was personable, professional and happy to explain and walk you through what he was doing. The service was efficient, professional and he left the area cleaner than when he arrived. Billing was reasonable and in-line with the quote that was given prior to the service (no costly surprises) and again all automated and online. If I could give more than 5 stars I would...highly recommend!!!

Russ and Conrad showed up to replace a part of a dryer vent that was kinked. They are very knowledgeable, professional and cleaned up after themselves. Note: the dryer vent was installed by a contractor in November 2021. (Most awful service and workmanship ever witnessed in my entire life) Russ and Conrad remove all the old stuff and reinstall the duct correctly, with minimal cutting of the drywall. You can see they take pride in the services they offer. Pricing is one of the best around for the quality service you are getting. Quality service and pricing is a 5 star rating for me, If I could give 6 stars I would. I would strongly recommend this company to anyone.

Let me preface by saying, I had never heard of this company and knew nothing about the owner, the staff or the clients. I randomly came across an ad on Facebook and decided to give it a go. What a great decision it was! So many good things, It’s an effort not to ramble on, so here’s a “quick” overview of my experience. 1. The booking process, from quote to completion, is insanely easy. Very professional, and thoroughly explained. 2. I got confirmation, reminders, and even a ten minute warning when they were about to arrive. It may seem small, but such a big deal. If anyone is like me, I sit constantly checking for service, delivery, or whomever to arrive, so to know exactly when they were coming was very relaxing. 3. Service was quick and thorough, and the process was explained to me so I understood what was happening, something very appreciated from a first time home owner. 4. Most important point of all, Russell was fantastic! Professional, yet so easy going. He felt like an old friend! He let me watch the whole process, answered all my questions and conversed with ease. It made having a stranger in the house all that much easier. He was truly the highlight of the whole experience. He even provides service reminders so I don’t even have to worry about the next one. I have already discussed his other services and will no doubt be booking in the very near future. Highly recommend that those who read this review do too!
