Je fais un suivi avec le service clientèles tous les jours pour parler avec le directeur. et ils disent tous les jours que M. François Paquette n'est pas dans son bureau. Il arrive et deviner quoi, pas les bonnes fenêtres!! Et oui on doit encore payer!! Journée de travail perdu!!! J'ai écrit au directeur du service de fenêtre Boulet, et aucune réponse de leur part!!! Vraiment un service inexistant... j’ai appeler dernièrement pour savoir ce qui se passe avec mes fenêtres qui ne sont toujours pas remplacer et ils ne pouvaient répondre, car soi-disant une panne informatique de leur part.
