Terrible customer service. Just took a cleaned Calvin Cline suitout if plastic from Peerless. There was a saftey pin holding a small tag in sleave when we removed the pin, there were 2 small holes, being in a hurry to get to wedding, just took it off and went. Come Monday took jacket back in, oqner called and diwn right denied they put saftey pin in the jacket. Got very rude, until I just said retyrn the damn jacket and we will ne sure not to use your sevice any more. That was a $500. Suit worn 2x they ruined it. And denied it! Not good customer relations at all! I have akways dealt with Burtols much more professional service! Too bad.I wasnt asking to replace the suit, just repair what they did, was even willing to pay.
