Great service. Came to my house same day as I called and it was even very late in the day. (After hours). The service guys were very polite and explained every thing to me. Although the first call wasn't successful in the repair, they ordered the part I needed and repaired my furnace as soon as it came in.(the brand of my furnace was not one they regularly maintain so they didnt have the part in stock) I felt their fees were reasonable and was expecting to pay even more.. FYI if you go to their shop, beware of the "attack cat" lol. I hope I don't need their services again, but if I do I will definitely call Brodies!????????

Called several times left messages with brodys mechanical. It took 2.5 weeks to get a call back , at which time i was told i would get another call to set up appointment. It has been another 2.5 weeks and nothing..
