I've been using the service for 2 years now. Very professional, great service. I'd recommend it to anyone. The cleaning is done as per schedule, I love the deep cleaning rotations. Everything is done every time, I'd say with 99.5% accuracy, which is more than any other cleaning service provided before. As July is "Employee Appreciation" month I'd like to acknowledge a few ladies who worked on our house since the service reopened: Melody, Kayla, Zaida, Sarah. Great job, thank you very much!

Good experience overall! Cleaning is done as per schedule, areas of rotations for deep cleaning are followed and cleaning quality is good as well. Much better than previous services we used as they are consistent and there are no surprises. Some of the cleaning staff are better than others as this is human nature, however overall we received good service from all cleaning staff that came to our house.

Called into the call centre and made an appointment. Was told would get a call before the rep will show up (at a pre-arranged time). No call but the Markham rep showed up and discussed the basics. Expected a call back in a few days (after the weekend). Waited a week and no communications. Called into the call centre and was told an urgent message will be left for the Markham rep -- I also requested an email address so I can follow up. Just about three weeks and still no communication. If this is how the business is run when there are people who want to give you money, I'm glad they haven't called back.

0 STARS!! I have had their service for 3 + years now - have made several complaints to them but didn't terminate my account because I mostly dealt with Mike and he's a fairly reasonable person. The 2-3 times I have interacted with the other co-owner Angela, I must say this - she is the most arrogant service provider I have had to converse with. Every time I complained,(so far once every few months) I sent them clear pictures of how the house was not cleaned (especially if I leave the key for the cleaners and am not home). Then I have to make sure I am able to stay home for them to come do a redo - waste of my time and no, they don't pay me back for my time or give me discount for not cleaning properly! Most of their cleaners are chain smokers, they smoke right outside the house before entering. When they come in, they leave that disgusting smoke smell in my entire house - multiple times I had requested them to give me one team so I know who is coming and that I am not okay with smokers entering my house - they don't understand that so I had to finally tell them that my kid suffers from asthma so they cannot send smokers. I had two teams that were always good - they leave because obviously they also don't like arrogance in their boss. But this last incident was the final straw. My husband was home and they didn't clean anything. They literally have to clean 1 master bedroom with washroom upstairs and a family room, kitchen, half washroom and the laundry room downstairs. They were rushing throughout the clean - broke my wax warmer, one cleaner forgot her shoes in my house, they left their cleaning cloths all around the house and they did not clean anything. The carpet in my room was not vacuumed instead their vacuums left rubber marks on my carpet. The counter tops in my washroom and the floors were not vacuumed or mopped. There was so much dust on my side tables and all my windows. I sent them an email with pictures - Angela calls me for a redo - at this time I have already cleaned my house because I had guest coming on the weekend. I ask her if I am going to be charged for this 'uncleaned' clean and she arrogantly says 'Yes , of course. We are offering you a redo'. Are you kidding me? She talks as if she is doing a big favour for me. Ridiculous ! It is stressful to work with their company. DO NOT HIRE THEM! I highly recommend finding a better cleaning company. They obviously don't care about loyal customers or cleaning houses professionally.

The Cleaning Authority Markham has been over to clean my house twice now, the results are great! They do two huge initial cleans to establish a super clean house and then they come back regularly on a flexible schedule to maintain that super clean home. I've had Jess, Arletys, Mandy, Elana, and Tracy come and clean up after me and my roommate, and they have definitely met our expectations with the work they produced in such a short amount of time too! Great job ladies! Mike and Natasha have been nothing less than kind and professional as well. Overall, great experience. Try them out for yourselves.

Trying to find an exclusive cleaning crew will be my best interest. They asked me to pay a large amount of money to clean up a few countertops and not provide any vacuuming or dusting. Unfortunately, this place doesn't live up to standards.

Please AVOID THIS CLEANING COMPANY ! SO MANY ISSUES with them. First of all, they don't do a good job in cleaning AT ALL ! Dust, hair fudge and spider webs all over the corners and behind the chairs untouched !!!. You guy are horrible at your job not good to work with . Are you guys employees still candy from customers home I have a camera in my home and I saw your employees still candy in my house. Bad company . I wish this company does down the hill For good and shut down .

We have used the The Cleaning Authority for some years, previously in our house now in our condo. We have had numerous times when we have had to alter our cleaning dates and we have had no problems with this, they have been very accommodating to fit us in. The cleaning ladies are always pleasant and do a good job whether it is cleaning the bathrooms and kitchen or the whole condo, they are very efficient.

I wouldn't want to have to contract this cleaning service again. The boss was particularly rude on the phone, but I gave it a fair shot. When the cleaners arrived at my place, they immediately started cleaning. They left after wiping, what seemed to be used rags, shifting things around the house. However, it wasn't cleaned correctly, as I found several areas that were missing.

Cleaning crews with more experience are more suitable. The furniture in the living room wasn't done, and neither was the bathroom. They don't try to reach you after it's over, implying that they're well aware that they're defrauding their customers.
