I heard about them from a friend of mine after complaining about my kitchen having had really bad grout. I called and they made it a priority to arrive at my home right away and gave me a quote on how much it will be. I was hesitant initially but decided to give them a shot anyways. Am I ever glad I did. The money I paid is nothing compared to the quality of workmanship and the job they performed with the level of professionalism they displayed. I went on to hire them to clean the rest of my floors in our home in Pickering, and even suggested to my coworkers and other close friends to call these guys for all their floor cleaning needs. Hamid from Parmir Carpet Cleaning did a stellar job on our home. He did what he said he was going to do. He communicated and asked questions when needed. He completed the work ensuring we were fully satisfied. Grout and Tile Cleaning: Kitchen, bathroom and shower floor tiles came out super clean. I was very happy with how they turned out. Cleaning and caulking: He cleaned all the blackened areas around our shower ledge and around the kitchen sink. He caulked these areas and checked with us about our colour preferences. These areas came out completely cleaned and refreshed. Area rug cleaning: Hamid came organized and was able to expertly remove our area rugs. He took them away for a thorough washing on both sides. Returning with clean carpets he placed them where we wanted. We are very happy with Hamid’s hard work on our home.

I booked an appointment one week before coming to Toronto to clean my fathers apartment as he was coming back from Hospital after a long stay. I told them I would call them if there was a change in my travel. They did not show up on the scheduled date. They have not returned phone calls either. Don't use them.

Ghafoor the operator showed up within the agree time frame and single handedly got down to work! In a matter of less than 180 minutes, he was out of the door leaving behind a brand new carpet! Impressive, thorough, professional, reliable and fairly reasonable. I only wish that Pamir would accept a request to survey the assignment so as to have a fair assessment of work involved and then work out a deal prior to commencing the job. It can be helpful both to the client and the operator and rule out any misunderstandings! I will go out of my way to recommend Pamir to others.

Absolutely the worse carpet service I could imagine cause me thousands of dollars in damages they lied about the price they tried to charge me double of what they quoted me the worst part is they used this dangerous chemical cleaner to clean my rugs that made my dog really sick my vet bill is 2800 because of this the vet told me my dog was sick due to the chemicals from the rugs they "cleaned" my vet warned me not to have my kids around any rugs they serviced horrible service rude as well there is way better carpet cleaners in town for sure!!!!!!!

Jamie is absolutely professional. He did an amazing job cleaning the tiles in our kitchen. I tried to get the dirty grout cleaned using many different chemicals but no results. He did an amazing job. All dirty black stuff was gone and original color came through. He worked very hard. Same results on the bathroom wall tiles grout. Looks like new grout was put in. He did the same amazing job on carpet in the entire house. Carpet looks brand new and even the printer ink I spilled on the carpet is completely gone. I highly recommend him. Very hard working and very professional and gave amazing results.

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!! They had agreed to meet as we requested an estimate in person in order to get an accurate quote so I took time off work to meet on the agreed time and date. Texted several times prior to the meeting in order to confirm meeting and never heard back from them either by text or phone call, although initially they asked me to send them a text for the address and my name. Finally called them while I was waiting for them to arrive, on the day of the meeting, and was told that because I advised them that theirs was not the only company I was looking at for various quotes, he assumed it was not necessary for them to meet with us (without bothering to let me know). Then he advised by also assuming it was a small job that it would be not "worth" their time with the job (without even seeing it). When we advised that it was to service a home with more than just bedrooms, he then wanted to come in but much later. However, I had already taken time off my job and wasted my time waiting on the agreed time and date. DON'T BOTHER WITH THIS COMPANY - totally unprofessional, you can hear children in the background. Obviously, he was never planning on coming to the house to provide an accurate estimate.
