However, I was extremely disappointed by their slowness and felt taken advantage of since they charge by the hour. The two cleaners were extremely slow and not at all thorough. I had to clean after them. I would not recommend this company at all.

I am extremely disappointed in the service provided. I have a 800 sq ft condo and they were charging me $80 p/hr. They claimed to have spent 5.5hrs on the kitchen which is 200 sqft. When I saw the quality, I couldn't understand why it took so long. They didn't remove any of the grease from over the oven, or inside the oven. They kept claiming it is not coming off until I showed them with a scrub that it actually can. They kept wasting time the entire 9hrs. The two guys that came (lerek and someone else) were extremely slow. I am extremely frustrated that I ended up spending so much money on such poor quality. I would not recommend their services at all.

Cleaning was done well, but damage was done to my home during the process. A large hole was made in my wall. Compensation was provided by a discount being applied to the services, however getting this compensation was difficult. This company also promised use of visa for payment, but when I asked to use visa they said their machine was down and I would need to pay by cash. This was only told to me after all services were rendered and not before. This left me scrambling to get cash. The cleaners also left behind some of their supplies and called me the next day asking me to hold onto it until the following evening when they had time to drop by and pick it up. Overall not a very good experience. There were too many issues. I would not recommend this cleaning service.

I am not at all happy the way cleaning has been done at my place. They had full 8 hours to do the job with 2 persons and honestly it's a neat place they should have completed the cleaning in max 6 hours. But to my surprise they were very slow in cleaning. Can you imagine cleaning a already clean refrigerator took more 1.5 hours. In the 8 hours time they were only able to finish the 2.5 Bathrooms, Living Room and Kitchen...... This is not at all professional.... They didn't completed their job and charged me $ 320 for doing half the cleaning..... They came up after the end of cleaning and said it's a big house and you need 3 cleaners. Honeslty the kind of neat and clean the house was in. If I would have done my cleaning it would have only taken me 5 hours to complete with 1 person. However, as I didn't have the time I hired these people. No Cleaning done on Stairs, bedrooms almirahs, no mopping, no vacccum. Main floor is a s dirty as is. Forget about the Garage... I mean the list is unending... I am getting frustrated with this I hired the professional cleaners team earlier as well. This is not the way it should be done.... Strongly recommend not to hire them as your Professional Cleaners. There are other people in this Industry if they charge that much they finish their Job atleast.

I am not happy with the service even though the owner was really helpful and professional. unfortunately I have paid for 3 person at the rate of $120/hour but one person was just wasting time. He spent an hour in the corner with the blinds and here I have posted a picture of the results. they have missed a lot of places like under the fridge. I have told them that this is after construction and we need areas that construction was done to be cleaned with extra care. but unfortunately they spent 3 hours upstairs to clean 3 rooms and a bathroom with no furniture and yet again I had to go through cleaning the blinds of all three bedrooms myself. Andrew was very professional and I give him 4 stars and 2 for the lady that was with him and 0 star for the third person. all together 2 Star job and unfortunately I would not use this company again in the future.

The cleaners were polite and focused on cleaning baseboards and doors, as well as tops of cupboards. However, I will never use this service again. I have three small bedrooms and a small bathroom on the second floor which totals under 200 square feet after three hours with two men cleaning they still hadn't finished! They hadn't even vacuumed half my bedroom. Unbelievable! Slow as molasses which is what another review also stated. They started cleaning at 1245 and still hadn't finished my main floor at 6:30 p.m. I asked them to leave at that point. $542 later. They didn't even remove the garbage bags from the kitchen, bedrooms, and bathroom. I had pre-cleaned the bathrooms before they got here and yet one man must have spent at least 30 minutes in my main floor bathroom which was cleaned before they got here. They have a 24 hour guarantee but I couldn't be bothered having them back in my house. My advice..save your money and spend a full day cleaning your house yourself. Terrible customer service. Very defensive in replies! I'm not sure how this company received so many good reviews. Perhaps they have friends write them.

Just Clean It is true to their name; they cleaned our house post-renovation, and we were not disappointed. They did a walk-through of the whole house before they started cleaning, and we got to point out what we wanted, but we realized that we didn't understand what was needed. Andrew showed us places they tend that we didn't even notice required cleaning. Their rates are on the high side, but they do deliver.

Beware they have a 4 hour minimum that they bill for whether your house needs it or not. I was NOT made aware of this when booking the appointment so I feel they were very misleading. They sent 2 people at $80 an hour to clean a vacant townhouse that 1 person easily could have done in 2 -3 hours. If I knew what I was signing up for this would be ok, but the minimum wasn't mentioned until they were already at the property.

To be honest, I would give more stars to one of the workers but I can't considering everything else. I had 2 people come over and clean the apartment (1 bedroom, 1 bathroom) for 4 hours. The person I mentioned above did an ok job, while the other one I have no idea why in the world he came. He was constantly on his phone, listening to music, zoning out while making solutions or washing a cloth. He keeps pretending to do something but when you watch him, he isn't doing any work. He even ended up spending 2 hours cleaning the washroom (a small sized, normal washroom)! The walls in the washroom still had some kind of stain and I had to clean it again. Also, I had to clean the toilet bowl because for some reason smelled (not of cleaning products) after he was done. If you had told me to pay $40/hr, I wouldn't have complained, but you're telling me to pay $40/hr PER PERSON when only one person is doing any work??? Overall, I would not use/recommend this company to anyone. I was lured by the nice reviews but my experience is actually very similar to the negative reviews that have been posted. I won't be trusting Google reviews again.

This company is not professional and I would not recommend them for any cleaning services at all. I hired them to do a move in clean at the standard 4 hours for 3 people at $40 per cleaner ($480 pre-tax). They said they would be there at 2:30pm and I got a text at 1pm saying they would be there between 3-3:30pm instead and I said okay no problem. At 2:13pm I get a text saying “we’re here”. I was in the middle of grocery shopping and had to cancel my lunch and rush over to the house to let them in. They worked from 3pm to 8:30pm unsupervised and they didn’t even complete the main floor. This house was already clean it just needed a once over (clean the kitchen, vacuum the floors, dusting, spot clean the walls and wipe down the light switches). In 19.5 hours of work at $650 they didn’t complete the kitchen or pantry or the powder room and not the main bathroom shower… When I called them they made excuses and said my husband directed them to clean other areas instead but apart from SOME windows and the oven which was not sparkling I literally couldn’t tell you what they cleaned. The entire lower floor and upstairs were not touched. I find it impossible 3 people were unable to clean an empty house that was mostly dusty in 6.5 hours. Absolute robbery and I am led to think the positive reviews were from other staff. Please look at the reviews on homestars. Much more reflective of the service I received “slow as molasses”. The owners response to my review is inaccurate as I was on site and spoke directly to the supervisor about following the checklist and he offered carpet cleaning add-ons to which I replied no let’s do the basic move-in service and then we can go from there. Cleaning the kitchen and bathrooms was part of what my husband asked and that wasn’t done. I think the pictures speak for themselves the quality of work is substandard.
