God bless Ali at Jerusalem Duct Cleaning. This is the second time I have called his company. He and one staff arrived on time with masks on. Jerusalem has equipment more powerful than a company I hired before. Not only did they do a great job on the vents and furnace intake, Ali retaped some gaps on my furnace he noticed. I then asked him to check the vent on a dryer I bought last year. He moved the dryer and climbed up, only to find the vent had not been properly installed/taped and the ceiling *full* of flammable dryer lint. He removed the clumps, retaped the vent connection. I believe I narrowly escaped a dryer fire. Ali knows what he’s doing. If you want real duct cleaning instead of fake, call the company direct. Dryer vent cleaning is essential. Worth paying for the best and saving your home!

Ali came and did a great job cleaning my ducts. I called him a couple days later regarding some issues I saw, he promptly came over, looked at the problem and scheduled another date to clean my ducts again without charging me. I highly recommend Jerusalem and Ali. Customer service is great and he'll be there to answer any questions for you.

Amazing guys - especially Samy! They were punctual, explained everything while they were working, showed me what they were doing and showed how bad something was. Samy also found that something was blocking the airflow which he made sure that he corrected it and showed me the picture of it. Ali and his team at Jerusalem Duct Cleaning were amazing! We bought a house and had just completed renovations. Who knows when the previous owners last got the ducts cleaned since Ali said it was one of the worst he's seen! They took their time, did a thorough job, recommended a special filter for the furnace that doesn't ever need to be replaced. We feel great knowing our ducts, furnace and dryer vents are all clean and will definitely be calling them again in 2 years time! The prices were very competitive. Highly recommend!

Horrible horrible horrible. Buyer beware. We purchased a groupon and set up an appointment. They were supposed to come between 12-2 but showed up at 11am. We had family over for brunch and told them to come back but the person who came said he has another job in Brampton and will try to come back but doesn’t promise anything. He didn’t come back during the scheduled slot time. When we contacted the company we were getting the run around from SAM who kept saying he will call us to let us know when they can come and that because we used a groupon they couldn’t do much. He then tells me that technically the groupon was used since the truck did come to our house ( even though earlier than he should have ) and then stated he will call us back with the additional amount we would need to pay. He didn’t call back until weeks after, mind you this was back and forth from a few months. We cancelled the groupon and got a credit. I will never choose this company again not recommend it to anyone else. Pure scam.

Bought from Groupon for 12 vents and dryer cleaning, charged me another $150 for additional vents and fan coil cleaning. The Job was done for about 70 minutes, approximately 15 seconds for each vent, they did not cover any vent, dust went everywhere, did not show me before and after pictures. It took me another 2 hours to clean the dust they left.

Really like these guys. Great customer services. They are very transparent and took the time to explain everything before doing work. They were very careful bringing their equipment into the house in order to avoid damaging anything and took their time to do the work instead of rushing. The air in the house feels cleaner already. Will definitely call them back next time.

Called Jerusalem duct cleaning services and Ali accommodated my service request in just a day notice plus he gave me the best price in the market! Ali is very honest, he explained everything that needs to be done as even though the ducts were cleaned before by other companies, it was not thoroughly cleaned the way they do it. He also included my dryer vent as a gift to my kids. He even sold me an affordable air filter that will save me more money in operating costs and maintenance. Will call them again next year for another round of excellent duct cleaning that Ali (Jerusalem duct cleaning services) and his teammate provides.
