So called Steam dry Canada ( sub contractor of Home depot) issued me a work order and sent me Cleaning procedure for Air Ducts, AC evaporator coil, Blower and Furnace wherein it was not mentioned that first I had to call Enbridge. On Sunday May 30 around 12 pm. Two unskilled misbehaved technicians came to my house first they asked me did you call Enbridge I surprised by this question then I asked them why should I call enbridge bkz this was IRRELEVANT question against work order and in work order Steam dry didn't mention to call Enbridge. I told them why I called bkz this was not mentioned in work order. These two unskilled non professional technicians insisted me about 10 minutes that why I didn't call Enbridge actually they came to me without seeing the work order after insisting they left the job. Due to their unethick/ unskilled behaviour I was thinking to sue them in the light of very elaborated work order and very clear Cleaning procedure but my family who already disturbed suggested me leave the matter and arrange cleaning from other company I told them why I selected them bkz they are the sub contractor of Home depot and home depot is the renowned name in Canada. I surpassed Lowes and other big renowned cleaning companies and made a great mistake selected Home depot sub Contractor Steam Dry Canada. That was the big mistake of my life I wasted my time they destroyed my planning we were alert since morning that Canada's renowned company technicians will come and when they come it looked like a third world outdated technicians without having job knowledge of work order and cleaning procedure Recommendations Steam Dry Arrange advanced technical courses specially like those technicians who came to my house groom them behaviour and customer dealing point of view Arrange courses to properly understand the work orders / cleaning procedures prior to go to customers houses

This is a fantastic service, and I will definitely be calling them again! Came home after a year in the US to find that our tenants had got a dog or cat, and my husband has severe pet allergies. Besides replacing the carpets we knew we had to get the ducts cleaned. Dimitri, Jay, and Louis were punctual, professional and extremely thorough. They explained the whole process and were informative, polite and kind! They took before and after pictures and I couldn’t believe it. There was so much pet hair it was disgusting. But this service is great because they include a lot of extras such as cleaning the furnace, A/C coils, and dryer vent for a very reasonable fee. Most duct cleaning companies charge hundreds more but we got everything done for a decent price. Thank you Dimitri, Jay and Louis!
