These guys were great. I had found an awesome leather and micro suede couch out on the sidewalk (along with several other items - looks like someone had to move out quickly and threw all their stuff on the street). I wanted to make sure it didn't have bugs before bringing it into my apartment so I called Kwik Dry Carpet Cleaning. I was keeping the couch in the garage of my apartment complex and the guys worked around the space they had and even carried the sectional up to my apartment when they were done cleaning it.

These guys are the best ever carpet and Rug cleaners I've ever done business with! Jay explained everything on the phone prior to the job so there were no surprises. They showed up on time and were very friendly and professional. In fact we had alot of laughs during the procedure. I was very impressed with their ability to remove some old coffee stains. They did a great job, said if there had been any bedbugs, they were dead now! The suede looked brand new after a good steam clean. I'd say it was a bit pricey for what I needed done, but since the couch looked expensive, I didn't mind dishing out some cash to make it clean and safe to bring home.

Absolutely Terrible. Made an appointment to clean my 2 bedrooms, hallway, dining and living room plus one bedroom and living room in basement. The guy on phone gave me quote of $175. The technicians came on time. But after they came, they refused to do the work and asked for $300, which is almost double the price we were quoted. Beware! These guys try to trap you and ask for more money, hoping that you would agree because you have no other option.

Jay was fantastic! We adopted a new cat who urinated on the couch unfortunately. He was able to help us get the enzyme cleaner and urine smell out of the couch. I called Kwikdry in need of someone to come look at a large grease stain on my carpet. I had tried renting a cleaner myself, however the stain did not come out. Kwikdry was at my house within a couple of hours and the service was amazing!! Our representative Jay, was very friendly and professional and really did a wonderful job. Our carpet looks like brand new and we are amazed with the results.
