This service is very detail-oriented and doesn't skip corners. I've gone through several cleaning services before, and they always do great work at the start, but quickly become complacent. I'm more than happy to say that is not the case with 1maids! They've been doing an outstanding job at our place from the first time and every time.

These maids helped me so much when I was living in ventana townhouses we got bed bugs from one of the connecting suites and it was 5 days before I was due with my baby. They came in and packed everything and cleaned it all for us! They even helped us with the rentalsman because ventana was trying to screw us over! Best service I've had plus they did a better job finding the bugs then the pest control people!! Thanks so much!

Their services was absolutely excellent! They were able to accommodate the time I requested and got the job well done! 1. I had my passenger side carpet cleaned up cause...I spilled chocolate protein shake on it when I was driving. And to add to that, some napkins was stuck on it (and I was driving so I couldn’t do anything about it) so it became a stain. Since it happened a few weeks ago, I didn’t have high hopes that it will all come out but these guys have magical cleaning supplies! Not only did they get all the stains out but you can’t even tell there were any stains at all! Definitely very impressed. 2. Since I didn’t need my entire car cleaned and it’s not feasible to have one person sent over for one spot, they accommodated by providing cleaning services to my apartment as well; both car and apartment for one cost. It was great timing as I really wanted my kitchen tidied and since I don’t have the time, they did the cleaning for me and finally it’s not a mess! They definitely went above and beyond with the cleaning as not only did they help rearrange my mess in the fridge and organized it for me, but also cleaned the garbage bin - let’s be honest - the garbage bin is probably everyone’s least favourite thing to clean right? It is for me and they offered to clean it cause it stunk and now it’s finally bearable! They provided excellent service, cost is definitely worth it so I highly recommend them!

We've hired 1msids the last couple of years, excellent customer service and great advice. Couldn't ask for a nicer people to do our carpet cleaning. Excellent with obstacles and nooks and crannies. Definitely would recommend.
