Had molly maid come tidy up my moms house. She been sick for a while and the dust was getting crazy. When they left all the cat hair and dust was gone. To top it they even help do dishes. Totally happy how they help and even had a good conversation with my mom. Will get them again soon.

Not Good. They don't move bottles or my electric tooth brush. They don't clean baseboards or under beds. Under my son's bed id disgusting. They not clean under my bed. I posted pictures on my fb page. I showed after they cleaned than me cleaning. If I'm going to pay them 112.00 bi weekly than have to clean again, I might as well do it myself. They don't een move a tooth brush.

We had molly maid cleaners come and do a deep clean of our two bedroom, 1.5 bath town house. They did an excellent job and I am very happy with their service. We were able to pay by check which was a nice extra. They were honest with their time and didn't over charge! Feels great to have a clean, dust free home for the holidays.

The staff are great! They are available at short or long notice and responsive to cleaning needs as they change. I have used them to clean for my cottage rental in Sarnia several times and my guests and I have always been pleased with the results.

I've used Molly Maid before for regular house cleaning. Overall their services were OK. They did a decent job and I'd recommend them for these simple weekly-monthly cleanings for people that are not overly fussy on cleanliness. Because of this experience I hired them for a deep clean of a new property I purchased which was my mistake. Everything was to be done, floors, walls, ceilings, windows, cabinetry, drawers etc. When they finished I had my property manager go to the house for staging and a number of things were not completed at all or were not done properly. It seemed like they provided the same service as the regular cleaning I received, the deep clean was definitely not deep. They went back to the property as I called to convey my disappointment. They were great to deal with over the phone and sent the team (or maybe a new team I don't know) back again to fix the problem. Unfortunately there were still hand prints all over the walls, cobwebs etc. when they left for the second time. There were a couple new wipe streaks on the wall but it was not done properly. For regular maintenance type cleaning I'd recommend for people that just want the place to feel fresh, but they do not have the attention to detail for a deep clean, not even close.

I requested a very deep thorough cleaning throughout the home. We had not moved in yet so all the rooms were wide open. I asked that they also give the bathrooms a very good cleaning. I explained I’d like ALL the baseboards and floors scrubbed. Two women came on time and were very pleasant. I did not follow them around as I wanted them not to be intimidated by me watching them. I was shocked that after 75 minutes they were leaving. I quickly ran around the house(jumping over the puddles of water on the floors) to look at their work. I almost cried. They had basically only ran a rag over the surfaces. They did not scrub the baseboards or floors as I had asked. The toilets were only cleaned on the inside not on the outer bowl!! To their credit they had folded our toilet paper into neat little points If you’re looking for a deep clean this is NOT the place I’d recommend. I hate leaving bad reviews but after a lot of thought I decided I had to let people know the kind of service I received. To add insult to injury when I called to pay I was told it would be more!
