I highly recommend the Modern PURAIR service here in Sarnia. This Awesome Husband and Wife team, Justin and Jessica Brogden, arrived right on time and ready to get the job done! They were professional polite and friendly! The service came at an excellent price. My heating/ AC ducts, furnace, air conditioner, dryer vent and bathroom vents were all cleaned and dust free. I went for the additional disinfection of the ducts and furnace to further protect my family from air contaminants, this was especially important to me as one of my boys has Asthma. Anything that can further protect my family is always worth it ! The product disinfected the ducts to remove any possible containments left within the system, this is a chemical free, natural product, that smells great as an added bonus! I will definitely be calling this Dynamic Duo back for my next Furnace/Air system cleaning. Fantastic and Thorough Job, You Two are Greatly Appreciated ! Thank you Justin and Jessica !

After attempting to use another service who were routinely late and unresponsive my wife booked an appointment with modern purair. From the start we found them very responsive, prompt and gave clear instructions and a statement of what they would do. They arrived on time, made an assessment of the house and number of vents and provided a cost of the service as well as a description of what they were going to do regarding access to the HVAC system. They proceeded to clean showing before and after pictures. I found them to be very thorough and professional. I was very surprised at what they found in the ducting of a three year old house which they removed completely. Very professional.

Andrew and Mike cleaned all ductwork and dryer vent. They were very professional. They explained entire process and showed pictures and videos taken before and after. We were extremely pleased with process since we had kitchen renovation done. There was a buildup of drywall dust that has been removed. This process is highly recommended.

Justin who owns the business showed up with one of his workers,on time and explained everything in detail before starting, also found things that should have been done from the last time I had the work done that were not and more, totally explained everything and hooked us up. Very clean, professional . Also, no big giant hoses running through your house, super modern equipment, so even with the furnace turned off it didn’t freeze out my house. Totally recommend these guys 100%

Amazing service. Was not shocked about the price. I was worth every dollar. I didnt think it would do much but curtains move in all rooms now A LOT more then they did and upstairs is getting plenty of air now. They cleaned out vents and even the vent covers very professional and polite. They arrived early which was a bonus. They show before and after picture and show you what was collected. Actual proof is what i like to see and i will definitely be using this service again

We had never had our ducts cleaned and just had a major reno. We’ve also lived at our home for 30 years. They were able to show us 2% of what came out of our ducts as the balance goes into their large vacuum and it was disgusting so it makes us feel like we’re breathing much better air. Drew was at our home for around 3 hours. He was very careful not to bang into any walls or scratch floors etc which we very much appreciated. All in all a very good job was done and we are happy with the outcome.

The service from start to finish was excellent. Customer care sets up the appointment, sends a reminder, expect a call 30 min before arrival, etc. All were bang on with the timing. They are the epitome of what a small business should be- responsive, on time, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable. Before Justin asked if he could leave a sign on our lawn to advertise, I was about to ask him if he had any advertising info that I could share with friends and neighbours. Finally, a business that is real. Highly recommended!!!!

I was worried about my dryer vent becoming a fire hazard and wasn't confident doing it myself. Checked for a company do the service and found Modern Purair Sarnia. The reviews were great so I decided to try them. Andrew called a half hour before arrival and was on time. He explained the process in detail and answered all my questions. Very thorough cleaning. My dryer duct looks like new. Very reasonably priced and great work. Would definitely recommend this company and will be hiring them in the future as well. Thank you.

So I purchased a house recently and was very worried about moving in with my wife's allergies and medical condition as the previous owners had a number of pets. The vents were just filthy of animal hair, dander, etc. The aroma of cat pee and litter filled the house. So made a call to Modern Purair and made a booking. Got call a couple weeks in saying they had a cancelation and could get me in sooner than my original booking, I was all for it. Long story short they hastened up my booking, showed up cordially a couple minutes early, and all it took was a quick walk through to show them where the vents and furnace were. They got started and a few hours later I couldn't even express how happy I was with the service. I had the deluxe cleaning done with degreaser and sanitation and my god what a difference it made. I could breath, the air quality was noticeable right away. A picture is worth a thousand words and I've got more than one. Look for yourself and tell me you don't want your vents this clean! I cannot recommend their services ENOUGH! PLEASE GIVE MODERNPURAIR A CALL!!!! Can't thank you guys enough!

Awhile back, I asked for recommendations for a duct cleaner, but didn't receive any. So, I did my research. Prices were all comparable but Modern PURAIR was much more enthusiastic and explanatory, so I chose them. WOW, this company does not just vacuum out your ducts, they also cleaned and sanitized everything, even the grungy vent covers! The air quality is noticeably SO much better. Justin, the owner of the Sarnia franchise, and his side kick, Andrew, are both great guys, and left my house cleaner than it was when they arrived! Highly recommend them!!!
