Ils ne sont pas en mesure d’effectuer le travail si vous avez un petit toit de garage une information qui ne nous avait pas été remise (voir photo exemple). Nous allons devoir faire appel à une autre entreprise et payer pour un déplacement additionnel pour une seule ampoule. En général c'est une bonne entreprise pour le nettoyage des fenêtres, mais le manque d'information pour ce type de service a été décevant cette fois-ci.

L'autre compagnie nous a expliqué que nos gouttières étaient complètement usées et qu'ils faudrait à tout prix les changer cet automne par eux, à un prix EXORBITANT (montant à 4 chiffres!!!). Nous avons contacté Vitres Plus désespérément, et il nous ont rassuré, il fallait juste une vidange annuellement (moins de 200$ !), voici les photos avant-après du côté de la maison. Un énorme merci à Jules, Antoine et son équipe, pro, efficace et HONNÊTE. PS: Venez en privée pour connaitre le nom de l'autre compagnie frauduleuse.
