Have been using the 4P silken for a year now, great masks!! Fits great and that foam strip helps a lot with eye glasses not fogging up!! No other masks I have tried is this comfortable and fit my face this well!! Only question I have is if the ASTM level 3 is equivalent to the FFP2/FFP3 suggested by health Canada? Stay safe!

I purchased as these masks bc they were made in Canada and I thought that would be very high quality. The masks are very thin, the pleats are upside down and the strip inside the nose piece is not strong enough to actually keep the mask tight around the nose.

I really wanted to like those masks because the price was good and I need several masks every day for my work. From the first 18 masks only 6 didn’t break. 5 of them the elastic broke right away seconds after I took out of the box and 1 broke few minutes into a treatment (I had to leave the room and the patient to put another mask on). That is very dangerous when a mask breaks while I’m treating patients. I simply can’t use those masks for work at all.

Products are good and consistent. Product quality : 4 out of 5, what you pay is what you get. Decent products but there's room for improvement. Price wise is reasonable. 4.5 out of 5. The reason for me to remove a star is due to shipping. Shipping, in their case, can go two ways. Like my recent order it is quite fast. Whereas when I ordered my first order or my 2nd time order took a little longer than expected. I completely understand we are under the pandemic circumstances. Not much of complaints. Otherwise I would have rate them 5 out 5.

Placed an order online and received not a single email or call since I placed the order two weeks ago. Everytime I called, they said I would be receiving confirmation and my order will be shipped tomorrow. Love the truthful disclaimer on their website stating orders may be delayed up to 18 hours. Perhaps there was a typo and you meant to say 18 days or even weeks? And the owner is really trying to solve problems!

I have places my order On January 25, been calling every other day to make sure my order was still on the list, and sales representatives been telling me the same thing over and over again. Even one have mentioned I would be receiving a call at that same day but never did. Received no confirmation emails or receipt at all but charged me via credit card. But it was never even been shipped. People that I have known all got their products shipped and received 2 weeks ago when they only placed their order not even an hour before mine. And when i called in today, suddenly told me my order has been cancelled. No emails or call was received and i did not put in wrong email address. So if I didnt call in today, i will never receive no information from Maxill? Some representatives told me I would receive a call on that day some said im still in the list i would be the next few.... this is very unfair when i have placed my order on January 25 until today suddenly cancelled my order without telling me and trying to make sure with me if im willing to wait in the line no matter how long. If you guys have mentioned u only charge when product is shipped, my transaction was posted, does that mean my order was shipped ?!? And then its been pushed back because i was new customer ?!?

Highly unprofessional and not to be trusted. I placed an order on eBay on January 25th, they then posted shipping information through eBay with an estimated delivery date by February 18th which was fine even though it was only within Ontario. A week after I received a cancellation due to backorder. The problem here for one is how is it possible to cancel an order that has been sent out? Two, a day after I got the cancellation, it has come to my attention that there are people who placed their orders directly via their website a day or two later than me, have all received their orders. Why even bother with eBay if you don't honour the rules? This is a critical time, I wouldn't be as furious if they let me know sooner for me to make other arrangements instead of being screwed like this.

we have been doing business with Maxill for 11 years. Never had a issue , however for once we had a compalint and it has been dealt with an autocratic way by John Shaw - The President. For a mere $450 odd dollars worth of services , which we never used, the company/ president , is not ready to even listen to the customer. Products are good, but Beware if you run into issues, not at all Customer driven as claimed on their web site.

The quality of the mask itself is good but, on many of them just as I put them on the first time, the elastic detaches on one side from the mask. After 4-5 failures I decided to staple the elastic back on to at least be able to use them. I have a box of blue masks and never had any issues, won't be buying from this seller again.

I am new to Maxill and have had a fantastic experience working with them, even in light of the current pandemic. Their customer service team is wonderful, readily available and always happy to answer any questions you may have. I would like to particularly highlight one employee, Nicol Ross, who has been my main point of contact. She has spent hours on the phone and emailing with me in the last few weeks. Not only is she highly knowledgeable in Maxill products, but she is a wealth of knowledge when it comes to IPAC regulations, record keeping, office efficiencies and more. I cannot recommend Maxill enough and I thank them for all of their help! I look forward to working with them for many more years to come.

My company ordered several pallets of surgical masks, hand sanitizer, and wipes early last year. Everything was delivered on time and intact. As far as quality goes.. I have nothing bad to say. Best surgical masks that I have worn. Will built and breathable. The Kwiky hand sanitizer goes on great and doesn't leave your hands feeling sticky. Great fragrance as well. The foam hand sanitizer is nice as well. Not smelly like other brands and no sticky hand after use. I've tried both red lid and blue lid wipes. Both are great with a strong scent of alcohol. We use the wipes everyday. All great products! I love Maxill products so much that I put in an order for myself for at home. Thank you Maxill .

We bought Alcohol that we use to clean our medical equipment. The order was delayed a few weeks but we did receive communication on two occasions letting us know. The order has arrived as agreed and the price was a reasonable (not price gouging) price. Give them a chance. These are difficult times for any company including ours.
