Exact septic was there on a Sat for prompt and friendly service to pump the tank! They came back first thing the next week to diagnose the problem and were very honest and professional... they fixed the problem expertly without doing more than needed! Contacted company for an idea of a solution for my septic issues. They sent a person out just walked around my property for 3 minutes told me they couldn't help me and then they charged me a $110. A $110 for 3 minutes worth of work and no headway on a solution thanks a lot exact skeptic's for being criminals and robbing your customers they will not be getting my service. I was also told that any company that comes out will charge me around a $100 I had 3 companies come out and they were the only ones that actually charged me anything.

Pumped. They replaced my two failed septic system pumps the same day I called them. They were early and it didn't take more than a couple of hours. They were courteous and informative, explaining what they were doing, testing and how to fix potential problems down the road. Will be my go to for septic service in the future.

these people were amazing. They came and dug out the lids for us. when he dug out the lids he only dug about 2" around the lid. i have no idea how he found them so precisely but he did. great job pumping too. and the lady in the office was so easy to talk to she understood everything and was able to answer our questions.
