About two weeks ago I experienced symptoms that felt like I might have to be tested for Covid. Sore throat, foggy mind, irritated eyes etc. While I was waiting to be tested my daughter thought she smelled gas. It turns out gas poisoning and covid have many similarities. Ambrose came to my rescue in the form of Aaron and Cam. I was trying to decide where I should go , isolation was limiting my choices. Late in the evening these young men arrived and went to work and the problem was solved for me. I could stay in my house. Prompt, polite, careful attention to the problem is how I would describe the service I received. Thank you Ambrose.

We needed to replace an acrylic shower insert as the shower pan had cracked, so we went to Ambrose to see what was available and what they would recommend. After detailed consultation with Aaron Kittelberger about the different acrylic options, price ranges, and merits of each, he suggested considering a cultured marble installation. The staff at Ambrose were patient and informative in answering our questions, the price quoted was fair and the value--exceptional! We decided to go with the cultured marble shower and are thrilled that we did. Installation went smoothly, even with Covid restrictions. We will definitely call Ambrose for future plumbing needs and would absolutely recommend them.

Got a quote to repair my furnace for $2500. Called Ambrose and gave them the parts and time but didn’t tell them the other quote and they could do the same work for $1500. Before going ahead and ordering the parts they wanted to check it out themselves. Two 2 days later they came and were able to solve my problem for only $260!

Hired Ambrose to fix a seemingly simple slow kitchen drain. Instead of just treating the symptom, their plumber fixed the root cause, replacing the spaghetti under our sink. Drain now moves at warp speed. Cost was VERY reasonable, would hire again.

We recently had an emergency repair needed. called the after hours number and received a response within 10 minutes. Explained the problem to Josh and as I was he was gathering supplies from the shop. He arrived when he said he would. assessed the situation and fixed the problem quickly. Josh was very personable and professional! He now knows why our cottage is called Tipperary! trust me , it's a long way! lol Was it cheap?? nope! but it was after hours and the value vs. money spent was well worth it!I have been in customer service for a very long time. I have interviewed more people than I care to admit ! If a guy like Josh was looking for a job from me , I would hire him, hands down Thank you Josh! ( how where the butter tarts?? lol thanks . !!

I needed a new toilet in our downstairs bathroom. I called Ambrose 's on Tuesday and they were here Thursday morning. Prior to arrival I received a friendly call from Josh advising that he was on his way. Once Josh arrived I found him very confident in the work he was doing, very polite and courteous to me. Above all very professional. This may not have been a big job, however being up in years, it met a lot to have this completed in such a timely manner. Hats off to Ambrose Plumbing a hiring such fine young gentleman.

Very very upset called in a panic basement backed up. They came walked around my house for 45 min when they were told exactly where to go never told us there machine broken and stayed for two hours trying to do the job 5 minutes after my husband went to work they came and told me they. Would stay but it would take a couple more hours so I sent home they came back the next day with a new machine and fixed the problem in an hour. All they were willing to take off was machine rental to and on top of it left our water heater unplugged so when we went to have a shower their was no hot water. They definitely didn't want to do there job because God forbid it was after hours. I'm sorry as having parents that owned a company you do not treat your customers like that and when we asked for a boss to talk to we get someone lower then the guy that came out here not impressed. During a pandemic you take advantage of people so not right in any way definitely would not recommend this company. Customer is always right just saying I'll take my service somewhere else that respects their customers.
