I am extremely satisfied with the job that Paul did for us on cleaning our windows. We had an exterior clean only. Paul is very professional. He communicates clearly and checks to be sure that you are on the same page. He emphasizes that if you are in any way dissatisfied, he will be sure to address the issue promptly. We have a strange little corner at the back of our house. The young man who was cleaning the windows missed two windows back there. Paul immediately pulled out his already packed up materials and cleaned them for me. Had he already left, I have no doubt that he would have returned promptly to fix the error. I had contacted a couple of other window cleaners just to compare estimates. Paul got back to me right away. I never did hear from the others. Of course, I can't forget to mention that my windows are sparkling clean! No spots AT ALL! I highly recommend Ambassador Window Cleaners.

I had never seen or heard of anyone using ionized water to clean windows but I could not have been more pleased by the results. Paul and his assistant, Garth, were polite, hard working and above all very attentive to making sure that every pane was perfectly clean. We have a very old house with a lot of hand blown window panes. They were very careful to avoid damaging them and, despite my efforts to get them clean, they managed to make them sparkle. I would highly recommend them.
