Got their money and walked off the job. Left my house dangerous and not finished. What was done looked terrible. Kitchen cupboard doors falling off,paint on the floor, no running water or lights in bathroom, plugs not hooked up. Still smells of smoke from housefire. Absolutely horrible customer service. Over a year later was still fighting with them to finish. Their time estimates mean nothing.

Asked them to repair some siding damage and was told they can send someone out for an estimate for 150 bucks. Got the job done by a real contractor for 50 bucks plus materials. Shame on you hickey bros!

They did a fairly good job on my roof, however when some shingles blew less than a year later, the project manager lied about the work order that was done to attempt to get me to pay for repairs that should have been guaranteed. She stopped doing so when I showed I had a copy of my work order from the previous year. Poor customer service.
