Truely a professional that knows his rodents...I swear he is like the rodent whisperer...we bought a home that had unpaying tenants...before we moved in he gave them an eviction notice ....and comes monthly to inspect the entire house in and out...making sure they dont tty to sneak back in... Peace of mind and we feel protected and safe from any more trouble....kinda like our home.gaurd against the evil rodents!

It was very refreshing to have a services person that actually showed up when he said he would. I was educated about how to prevent future problems. He walked every inch of the property to make sure the job was done completely. I didn't get a cosmetic fix with the need for regular checkups. He fixed the problem, ONCE AND DONE!

On a Sunday afternoon, Rick was responsive to our call and was at our home within 20 mins. He was very friendly, professional and thorough. We've used pest control companies in the past at our previous home but the service was nowhere near the thoroughness that we received from Rick.
