J'ai été porter 2 articles à faire réparer le samedi pour le service de cordonnerie. On ma dit que cela prendrais 3 jours ouvrables et compte tenu que le lundi suivant étais férié j'aurais mes articles le jeudi sois 5 jours après si on enlève le dimanche car il sont fermé. Alors le jeudi pour moi c'est correct. Là je suis rendu à 8 jours ouvrables en enlevant le dimanche (fermé) et il n'ont toujours pas mes choses et à chaque fois que je téléphone on me répond que ce soir ça va rentrer madame on va vous téléphoner... Aucun appel de leur part et j'ai pas encore mes affaires...service de marde et très insatisfaite de leur service. Jamais je ne vais les recommander à qui que ce soit.
