Le manteau est importable dans l'état actuel, il a refoulé, la laine est toute feutrée, les manches sont trop courtes. Le manteau qui avait une belle ampleur avant de tomber entre mains est maintenant trop petit. Si c'est ça votre service professionnel ? C'est comme ça que vous veillez à la satisfaction de la clientèle?
