Just spoke with Dominic, who was extremely helpful in answering some questions regarding a new Miele vacuum cleaner I just purchased, questions which customer service at Miele should have been able to provide. I did not purchase my vacuum from Aspirateur 2000 Plus, however if I need anything related in the future I will certainly purchase from them as this experience was excellent.
