Best Laundromat in Town. For the last 3 months I have also been dropping of my clothes for washing and they are always clean and smelling great. A few times I need the clothes done the same day and it was no issue at all. Amazing customer service.

The Laundry Tub is the best place I have ever been too for a public laundromat, I haven't always had to use public laundry but they are inexpensive and keep everything so clean. The staff is all very friendly, helpful, kind and always on SITE, they are always willing to help, and look out for your stuff if you are not their when someone wants to remove it. All around great place to go when needing a public laundromat. Great owners too, very kind people all around. They are very very good at what they do for Dry-Cleaning and other services as well, the very best in Niagara in my books.

I went there for the first time to wash our comforters. I was a little nervous going due to covid, but this place was clean and safe! The lady there was very helpful!! I wish there was a price list because I felt bad asking the staff so many questions. Other than that, I will definitely go back!! I didn't have to stress about having cash on me as they can provide that for you using your debit card.

These people are so awesome. Honestly the only place with a washroom and a drink of water if you need water also they cater to wash and fold service which is like only like 10 to $20 I paid like $20 for like two loads. The managers are like really really super nice I believe it's a husband and wife that run the place. They have a high efficiency machine that charges more than the other machines the dryers are okay but do not put a lot of coins in them because if you use the heat option to high then you don't really need a lot of time to dry the clothes. It's very close to Carlton and Scott and the bunting I'm near Grantham and Woodland so if these areas ring a bell then this is a great approximate location for you.

The rides that they offer here are the BEST in town. The ride makes you cling to the side. If you get motion sick easily I would not recommend this place for people. I would recommend that you bring a small air tank or snorkel so you can breathe. The only thing I dislike about it is that it is not wheelchair accessible. Aside from that your feet get a bit itchy when you get out of the ride. I would recommend this place for young people.

No coin machine. Cramped area folding tables are too small to use. I'm giving 2 stars because the wash machines weren't terribe. The dryers on the other hand are a different story. I spent over an hour trying to dry a large load. After funneling more than $6 in quarters into the machine I just gave up. They were just as wet as when I removed them from the wash...just slightly warmer. There's no change machine. There was a guy there occupying more than half the machines. I'm not sure if he was an employee? All my clothes now smell of cat urine, now i have to go to another place to spend more money and time rewashing.

We had our laundry done last month using their wash, dry and fold service. Although everything was folded beautifully and cleaned and dried, we ended up with an abundance of other people's clothing and missing lots of our own. We will not be using this service again. I now have only a few pairs of socks as almost all of them were missing the match when we recieved them back, someone else's shirts (including what looks like a child's Game of Thrones shirt), someone else's underwear, and random socks that were also not ours. I'm disappointed and feel bad for the other families missing these items.

I love doing my laundry before I go home from vacation so that I don’t have to do laundry when I return. The laundry tub was amazing. I was able to use my credit card to purchase coins for the machines and there was water and Wi-Fi while I waited. Most importantly, super friendly customer service! They even gave me a lesson in Canadian currency since I was visiting from the states.

Very nice Laundromat. One of the nicer ones I've seen. Every time I walk in I am always greeted with a smile by any staff member that's working. Free WiFi and tv to watch while your waiting. Top loaders cost $2.75 per wash and it's .25 cents for 6 mins on the dryers. The larger washers vary in price because they are different sizes. I have used the smaller ones and they cost $3, but I find they wash better then the top loaders. This is the only place I will do my laundry. Also, you get stamps and after you do so many washes you get a Free one. You cant beat that. Love this place. Thanks!! 4 stars

It's cheaper the doing your laundry at your apt building ,where it cost u 2.25. To 2.75 dryers is 1.50 .at the laundry tub you can do your wash all at once and you don't have keep going up and down the stairs three or four time .

Clean, quick and not crowded. If I have large items that I can't do at home, this is my favourite place to go. Grab a drink, read a magazine and watch TV without fighting for machines or having to dodge screaming kids!

I’ve been coming here for several months now and the experience is always great. Staff are friendly. Environment is clean. Always a warm welcome when I’m there. If you don’t have change all you have to do is ask. And yes they do have a machine if you need debit or credit to make change. I feel safe leaving my laundry if I have to step out and run an errand or two. I’m in and out in under an hour. The front load washers work amazing and can be loaded up and still get your clothes washed proper.

Honestly, this place is amazing. I just recently started coming here in between moves and not having access to tub and dryer at the moment. Every single person that works here, has been a pleasure to deal with. It’s embarrassing to say that I have been privileged for far too long, using my own machines at home, that I didn’t know how to properly work these ( extremely easy, and like I said embarrassing I’m even mentioning it ) either way, my experience here has been nothing short of wonderful. It’s very clean. I was skeptical to use any laundromat at first, but these guys are absolutely great at keeping up with cleanliness and all. I felt comfortable, and at ease, and they were very accommodating in every way. Overall 5 star experience. I would recommend them over any other place.

First time comming here and I walked in to a nice greeting from the guy working at the desk, gave me a tour and explained everything to me! I uasually do my laundry at my family's for free but will probally start comming here more often, turned a whole day process of multiple loads of laundry into an in and out in under 1.5 hrs experience!!!

This is the only place I go to for laundry services. Very very friendly service and always happy and willing to help you with those "pesky stains" that just don't seem to want to come out from a regular wash cycle.

There are a few laundry places closer to me but i drive a little furthur because the service is great, theres tv (im currently watching an NFL game) and free wifi. I also feel safe leaving my clothes to do short errands during a cycle!
