I got service cleaning for ducts/AC/Furnace/Dryer vent, and duct sanitizing for my new house. They arrived on time with face mask. Before they arrived, I worried about having people in my house. But when I saw Taylor and his crew wearing face mask, I feel reassured. They did wonderful job. I am really satisfied with their job. I can live with fresh air in every room and I can use dryer without fire anxiety. I recomnended ADO service to my friend. She booked as well. I will definitely use ADO services again. I really recommend ADO service as well. Thank you, Taylor!!

I had a badly clogged dryer vent and Taylor was able to come quickly and come clear the clog. Taylor took the time to properly repair some of my ductwork that disconnected as well. He exceeded my expectations as far as service goes and he is now the first person that comes to mind for such a duct cleaning service. I cannot say enough positive things They were professional, prompt, and SO clean. I have used other duct cleaning companies in the past and they have all left a significant mess. Taylor and his team left my house as clean, if not more so, than it was before - they even moved my furniture back into place (I had pulled it out for access to the ducts). Additionally, as a woman who handles home maintenance on her own, I'm quite accustomed to handling the forceful upsell that can often come about during this type of service- and there was none to be had. They informed me of a problem (which I was aware of), and offered proactive solutions without a hard sell. An honest company that we will definitely use again in the future and openly recommend. But what really impressed me was the level of customer service - from promptly replying to my messages to providing the quote but especially while on site answering my questions and providing advice on work still to be done and even leaving some extra duct work in case I needed it.
