We have used this company for several years. This is the first time we have not been totally satisfied with them. They spent less than a half hour here from time they put up ladders to time they left. Several of the windows are left with dirty water streaks on them.

Picture Perfect Window Cleaning recently came to my house for the first time to clean the windows inside and out and to clean out the eavestroughs. I couldn't be happier with the results! The windows are shiny, the eavestroughs are clear and a normally stressful job for me is done. The supervisor and crew were fast, efficient, very, very pleasant and informative to me, and did a great job! They all worked really hard, and I appreciate that they went the extra mile with all the windows, were careful with everything, and cleaned up debris from eaves and all the work before they left. I definitely will call them back for next time and highly recommend them to anyone looking for these services!

Fantastic! We had them do our windows last year for the first time and were very impressed. We contacted them last week and they scheduled us for Tuesday this week. They've come and gone and again we are very impressed. They had a crew of 4 and took a whole 15 minutes to do all the exterior windows! Thank you so much, you have a good business going. New employees are treated like dirt. One person did a very good job, was praised a lot and very often by various trainer, but two people took their bad mood out on this person, verbally abused and ridiculed him, made his work dirty again and accused him of it ... two days later that person was fired. During work, alcohol is consumed by some workers. Honesty and respect should be shown to new employees just as much as those who have been working there for a longer period of time. The company has very good rules, for example no smoking in the presence of non-smokers, the company pays well, has good workers, but of the two above it was very unfair. As already mentioned, new employees should also get a chance and not be treated in such a way by bad-tempered trainers. Honesty should always come first!

We had also booked an eavestrough cleaning but when they inspected they said our gutters were clean and adjusted the bill to reflect they did not need to do anything. That was appreciated as I wouldn't have known as I was inside and didn't see what they were doing outside

Picture Perfect Window Cleaning do not appear to have any accreditation with the Better Business Bureau of Winnipeg, MB. This company has proven to be unprofessional, their quality work is poor at best and they have been extremely unreliable in showing up to complete contracts. This review is based on the performance of three separate contracts. Their quotes undercut similar businesses by two to three times, and it is clear one gets what they pay for in this instance. If I was able to give a zero out of five stars review, I would. This site will only allow a review that gives at least one star. True review is 0/5.

I am a perfectionist and when I asked for certain details to be met I wasn't met with anything but agreeability. Would recommend to all friends and family!

When they replaced the screens on my balcony they ripped them and now I have to replace four screens at a extra cost to me and they also never cleaned the window tracks or even touched the balcony windows. Very disappointing as the year before they had done a wonderful job, will not hire them again and my neighbor will not either.

Will never use or recommend this company. Booked to have windows cleaned on August 23rd in the Lac du Bonnet area. While cleaning the third window the crew got a wasp bite and felt they had to leave. The office re-scheduled for September 1st. On August 31st they called to re-schedule again because another client in the area had cancelled. I told them I was disappointed but agreed to their offered date of September 7th. We have moved furniture and taken wood grills off windows to accommodate the crew. They called this morning - September 7th at 9:10am - to cancel because they did not get any other bookings in the area and it is not worth it for them to send a crew out. They made a commitment and they should follow through with it. HORRIBLE customer service. I will never use this company nor will I ever recommend it. I would not give one star, they don't deserve it! 0 stars out of possible 5 is my rating. Do not use this company!

I specifically emailed to ask if the tracks would be cleaned and it was confirmed via email that they would be wiped down. I also confirmed that the frames would be wiped. However it took them less then 10 minutes for the whole house, and the tracks weren’t even touched, the drips from the dirty water was not cleaned up and on some windows they were not even cleaned properly. In the end I ended up with dirtier window ledges and frames from the water drips and had to actually clean up behind them. Worst $200 ever spend.

Very nice customer service. Just disappointed in communication about the work being done and I'm not convinced the crew came for the 2nd time to try and remove external window mineral deposits. Many of the flaws are between the windows as they are old, so I cant expect miracles, but I really could not tell any difference after the windows were done.

They arrived promptly, didn't let our dogs out (but we accidently did), wore masks when in our home (very much appreciated) and got the job done expertly. I especially appreciate that they lay drip cloths down under the windows, clean the screens and the window ledges beautifully (as well as streak free glass of course)! And our house is tough - big glasses paneled atrium that is really challenging and they nailed it again. Hire this team. You won't be disappointed.
