One star is too much... Called dominion, made an appointment, waited a week and a half no problem… The guy walks in and takes one look and says nope, Can't clean these couches because of the type of material they are… I do some research and find out they are cotton… Just like any other coach out there ... He called his manager who tells him to walk away… And not touch the couches. ...fails to mention that I wash my cushion covers (same material) in my washing machine monthly ...and that I had used my little green machine on a section and it was clean.... but it was too much of a job for my little green machine . Not impressed Wish I had known this before the last minute ....I needed these clean for tomorrow! Not very professional in my opinion

BEWARE OF DOMINION CARPET CLEANERS - COMPLAINTWe had dominion carpet cleaners come to our home for a small cleaning job. -6 Steps on flight of stairs-a small 4x6 landing-a hallway-one bedroom in the basement. For some reason the cleaner, Mario, failed to clean the hallway and the downstairs bedroom. This was very bizarre for a supposed experienced cleaner. We complained and another cleaner was sent to complete the work.A few days latter my daughter noticed that her night stand drawer had been rummaged through AND $170 US dollars were taken from an envelope she had in her drawer. A necklace was also missing along with some ear rings that looked like diamonds, but weren't. Her bus tickets were also missing.I'm curious as to how the cleaner spent his time at our home... Of course no one saw Mario take anything. However after he left our home money and some jewelery were missing. No other strangers were in the house.I called Dominion carpet cleaners and explained my concerns and the sales lady I was speaking with said I should call the police. They weren't interested in what I had to say. I was told Mario had been with the company for a while and she doubts he would take anything. I explained that people in higher positions than Mario steel everyday and that anything was possible. I can't speculate as to what, if any, issues,problems, reasons, someone would have for steeling. Also if Mario was so experienced and dependable why did he only complete 1/3 of the work and completely forget a bedroom and a while way. All that time he spent at the house he only did 7 steps and a 4x6 landing. Very strange. My mother in-law was at the house who is elderly and not really watching what is happening in the basement.I was told the manager would call me back, but hasn't as of this writing.All the police are doing to do is take a report as no one saw anything being taken, however it's not hard to figure out what happened. My daughter had been saving money for a family trip and now her money, along with jewelry is missing. Also bus tickets? How low can someone go.I would just like to warn others if they decide to use dominion carpet cleaners.
