Fabulous job on a wide range of different types of windows in our 1897 home. Not only is the glass sparkling, the screens are clear of years of dust and cottonwood fluff and the sills are clean. The things that were moved to get access to the windows are all back in place. The crew was professional, very nice and easy to trust. We are wrapping up a basement remodeling project and the windows were very dirty and nearly impossible to open -- I think there was about five decades of dirt built up. The Wren Windows crew was able to get all the windows open except for one. When they finished, I thought they left all the screens open. Turns out, they were closed, but the windows were so clean I couldn't tell! Excellent work and rates, highly recommend.

Horrible service. Our association hires them once a year to do the exterior of our windows and then we have the option of hiring them to do the interior. I scheduled them to come do the interior of my unit and received a confirmation that the crew would arrive between 9 and 10. Based on that I scheduled other appts for the day. It's now 10:20 and they have not shown up. I just called the office to find out when to expect them and no one can even be bothered to answer the phone. Colossal waste of time.

"Exceeds expectations" is SUCH a cliche. Until one is the beneficiary. They showed up on time. Did it right. We called them again a year later. The first time was no fluke. We asked if they could re-string some 1930's wooden blinds. They said um, yeah, sure, OK, we can do that. The blinds are now hanging in the living room. They work great. First time since we moved in 18 years ago.

Rick Wren and his staff have provided services to our household for over 12 years. Originally we just had our windows washed and our storms and screens changed out in the spring and fall. I was gratified that they could do in a few hours what it took us a weekend to do. They also did it better than we ever did; when they’re finished, the windows have that squeaky-clean feel that one finds on dishes coming out of the dishwasher. Over time Wren’s services have expanded. They’ve removed leaf buildup on our roof, cleaned our gutters, made minor repairs to gutters and downspouts, put up hotwires for ice dams, etc; -- I haven’t had to get up on a ladder in several years! They have also carried our outdoor furniture and porch screens out into the garage for us for winter storage. Occasionally, I’ve noticed I wasn’t even charged for something Rick must have considered too minor; but it was something that saved me a lot of work. This past winter I included snow removal in my services from Wren Windows. They were always dependable and thorough; what I appreciated most was the clear communication from their office apprising me of their plans for addressing each snowfall. The quality of work is excellent, the staff are professional and contentious, and the costs are quite reasonable. Wren Windows is one reason my wife and I have decided to remain in our St. Paul home of 33 years for so long, rather than to move to a condominium to avoid upkeep; it’s been great peace of mind.

Highly recommend. They do great work in their primary business (cleaning windows). They are thorough, professional and reasonable cost-wise. But they also are a terrific asset 'off-season' with their snow removal business. They helped during a snowy winter keep our roof clear, and were always on top of clearing sidewalks and driveway. We needed the windows washed on our townhome. The fall is a busy time of year for washers and I had trouble even getting a return call. Not so with Wren. The receptionist was very kind. She gave me a quote over the phone that we thought was very fair and set up a time. A great young man named Joey showed up a little before the scheduled time and proceeded to very efficiently wash all our windows and screens. He did a fantastic job! The two person crew did an outstanding job. Our windows are so clean! They also cleaned a sliding glass door. If you’ve never had your windows professionally cleaned, I highly recommend it, it makes a huge difference. I would hire Wren windows again and have already recommended them to a friend who is going to hire them. I would add that they did extras too like clean the sills, brush the screens and clean the glass on the front and back doors. They were quiet, friendly and did quality work at a good price.
