Shack Shine just cleaned my gutters. This is the second time I have used them. First time was last fall (about this time) they cleaned my windows which were numerous and hadn't been cleaned in years. The weather was not good - very cold (their water kept freezing) but they did an amazing job at a very fair price. This year, once again, the weather did not cooperate. I called to book kind of last minute and they worked my job in. Workers showed up in the afternoon and stayed until after dark to finish. They were very careful of my plants around the house when they moved their ladders. I am very pleased with the price and quality of their work and highly recommend them!

We hired Shack Shine to hang Christmas lights on the roofline of our 2-story house. The workers arrived right on time and were friendly, polite, and professional. They spent several hours installing the lights. The lights look beautiful - perfectly straight and secure. We were also given a timer with several pre-set options, as well as an option to choose your own times, so the lights turn automatically when we want them to. A person purchases the lights from Shack Shine, which makes the initial price higher. In the following years, since you already own the lights, the installation price is much less and very reasonable. Shack Shine employees return to your home sometime after Christmas, remove the lights from your house, and store them for you until the following holiday season. This is hassle free for the homeowner, which is exactly what we were looking for. We are glad we hired them.

Our HOA contracted with Shack Shine to clean our gutters. 40-foot ladders were required to reach the 3rd floor gutters. They not only cleaned them completely and efficiently--they supplied me with video showing the clean gutters way up there. Without their (unexpected) videos, I would never have known that the gutters were fully clean. Good service, great value! I will most certainly hire them again next year.

We used Shack Shine for Christmas lighting. The process was extremely efficient. They have a "look book" of their lighting options, they give you an estimate either on the phone or in person based on your specific home, and install lights with incredible quality. Two other things to mention - first, they fully respected "no touch" given the pandemic. We never had to be close to anyone. Second, their estimate was more than actual cost. I appreciated this honesty. After they installed, they said less lights were used than anticipated. Highly recommend!

Very professional group. Within a week or so I was able to submit a request for an estimate, have the sales rep come out and write up a quote, and schedule the crew for the actual cleaning. The price was extremely fair from what I've seen. On the day of the visit, the crew gave me a call when they were heading out, and took before/after photos and sent them to me afterwards. I've recommended them to my parents who need their gutters cleaned and will be using them in the future for any time I need my gutters cleaned.

Got my windows cleaned last week by Shack Shine. The guys turned up very late for the appointment as they probably got stuck at a prior service call. But the quality of cleaning was quite good. Liked my windows after the wash as they were spotless. They took a long time to finish the work though and it got pretty dark by the time they were done. Overall was satisfied with the work quality but if they can try to keep appointments on time and finish the work in time, would be great. Will probably use their services again in future if I don’t get a better deal elsewhere ????

Look for a coupon like I did to save a little money. 4 stars because there was some discrepancy in my original quote and what the technician had written down. He wanted to charge $50 ladder fee for the high windows. This was never discussed on what I agreed upon. He did waive the $50. But there lacks some communication or original quote not accurate.

Scheduling was a breeze. The tech came early which was fantastic and we didn't have to be present. Super convenient. However, I was disappointed since there were so many great reviews. I never got my before and after photos, nor my invoice. Called them constantly to provide it over the course of 3-4 days. As a customer, I shouldn't have to literally beg to pay for a service you provided. Everytime I called, I got referred back to the same person who just never cared to respond to me or reply to my emails. This issue was only resolved when I finally called and demanded to speak for a higher manager (district) at which time the person I've attempted to get a response from called me to have this issue resolved, claiming they've sent everything I needed already and wasn't sure why I was not getting anything. (Which I believe isn't true since I've confirmed my email address with every rep I spoke to, and my email address is correct-nothing was sent to me and it was their way of saying it's not their fault. Great way to take responsibility!!) I would've given 5 stars because the techs did their job and this isn't their fault, but as a company with poor back end customer service, 5 stars would be an overstatement especially with the lack of response from the company and their "managers".

I asked for windows to be cleaned....I've had my windows done before with a company specializing in windows, I thought window cleaning involved removing the screens and blading, washing, and squeegeeing...we have a two story house...there was no ladder used. Shackshine's idea of window cleaning is attaching a brush to a hose, using iodized water and a long pole (exterior), no squeegee, so if the brush doesn't get it you are left with it. Inside used rags/Windex i guess. Screens were not cleaned, yet we had dirty drip marks left on our wood floor and down the wall. We have 14 window (that includes the exterior door and one sliding glass patio door), two were completely missed; cost was $350. I absolutely could not recommend them for window cleaning, maybe they do better at pressure washing and gutter cleaning.

They came on Sunday ahead of the scheduled time (I received a phone call prior to make sure it is ok) and they did a great job with power cleaning, window washing, and gutter cleaning. The person talking to me wore a mask at all times. The price was very reasonable and I had an overall great experience. Highly recommend this business!!
