I didn't get the quote for the deep cleaning they were supposed to do until the morning right before they got there and that's when I realized I was being overcharged for the job. So for 5 hours of work I was charged $350. They seemed fine with that I was not fine with that as I got home and I took pictures of all the areas they missed in their deep cleaning. And they bullied me gave me a discount but told me if I didn't pay it in 24 hours I would have to pay a higher amount but I had left on a trip out of town. Anyway it's not just that they didn't do a good job and that they overcharged for the work that was done it's how they handled it all is well. Do not hire them you can get this work done for at least a third of that price if you want this shabby quality of work.
follow up: 1). I had no way to pay them online when I left at the end of the day. records will show I said I was out until the following week, monday. and by the way - you said you would "bill me" I did not realize every - it was not made clear that you were going to bully me to pay within 24 hours...which I did from a non secure site that evening. Also only one person was in my home that day. So you are lying in your reply. I would like to post photos. You have put a great deal of energy into getting paid and none into getting the job done. So I am attaching photos of the sink with coffee stains, my night stand, base board, and the shelf over my sink. These are only a few of the areas you missed. I could go on but you seem not interested in the fact that you did a terrible job. if you were here for 10 hours...wowza.... but you were not. I can't tell which is worse, that you think you cleaned my home in 10 hours or you lied about it. you sent an email with the quote wednesday night at 7:30 I asked for iwell before that. I did not see the email until the next morning. I have kids. I just assumed your quote would be reasonable. how wrong could i be. and then the fact that the house wasn't clean. and then you mock my review. Some deep reflection about how you treat your customers is in order.
