Was referred to Saxton by a fellow homeowner. Was so glad I was. I bought a home that had significant cat urine smells (thought it was in carpet but leaned after replacing that it was in vents.) I had contacted several other companies who didn't respond to my requests. Not only did Ben respond quickly he offered several options. We coordinated schedules for him to come out and recommended a large but necessary repair (for crystallized cat urine.) He started the work right away, ordered parts using his contractor discount which saved me money, and quickly fixed the work. Prior to Ben I had a large company out to clean my ducts and learned how poor of a job they did when Ben removed duct venting. I had cat urine smells going through my vents for months and since Ben's work it's all resolved. I can finally have company over without embarrassment of the urine smell. I would happily refer Ben and have done so already. He was honest, hard working, and communicated constantly!!

My house has some interesting details that aren't found in every house so the owner decided to come out to make sure the job was done thoroughly. They were very punctual and even cleaned out the furnace! Definitely worth the money, especially to pay a local person vs a big company!

Had Ben out at my house to clean my Air ducts and dryer vent the right way after having a very bad experience with another company. It was amazing what Ben got out of my ducts and dryer vent, even after they were cleaned 2 weeks prior which I had a bad experience. Ben was very knowledgeable and professional and helped me understand my HVAC system. I plan on using him again a few years from now when I get my ducts cleaned again! Definitely recommend!
