Very Disappointing. Had someone out to do the quote on our home and was eager to get started right away. I was told that schedules were so busy they'd get back to me on a start date. A weeks passed and I had not heard so I followed up via email. Still no reply. I followed up with a phone call and was told they were in fact working on the scheduling and if I could be patient for another month they'd get started. I've followed up twice since then including the week before I was told my start date was was possible. No one has gotten back to me. It is disappointing as I wanted to use your services and I have now waited 6 weeks and need to now engage another company. Not sure why you come out to do estimates if you are unable to take on additional business.
