They did an excellent job of cleaning all the carpets in my new house. There was some nasty staining and dog smell from the previous owner. Doug came out twice to treat the worst spots and saved me a ton of money cleaning instead of replacing! 10/10 would recommend!

I was doing groceries one evening and drove past the Lucas Family Carpet Cleaning van and boy am I glad I did! I called and was able to get scheduled very quickly, which was perfect! I received a reminder text the day before to confirm the cleaning and confirmed the quoted amount. On the day of the cleaning, Doug came to my home at the agreed upon time. He was extremely respectful of my home and very professional. Doug walked through the areas to be cleaned and then explained to me the entire process of the cleaning…everything from the type of products being used, equipment, etc. Doug then handed me a bottle of spot cleaner to use on any stains that may come up down the road, which was unexpected and very much appreciated! In the middle of the cleaning, I was running outside and just took a quick peak at the areas being cleaned. Immediately, my reactions was “WOW!” and that’s all I could say. The carpets looked like they were new! Keep in mind this is an older carpet in a household with an 80lb dog that’s 12 years old, so she has had some accidents recently. Once the carpet cleaning was all done, Doug packed up and was getting ready to head out, but not before he mentioned the 30 day guarantee. The fact that he’s willing to come back out, free of charge, during his guarantee time for any new stains was AMAZING! I will never use another carpet service again. My carpets smell fresh, they feel clean and they look amazing! Lucas Family Carpet Cleaning will be the ones cleaning my carpets/furniture for years to come! Thank you so much!

Doug came out on short notice to give an estimate for getting some stains out of my son's bedroom carpet. He did some sample spots and felt confident that he could improve it dramatically. After a walk around the house he shot me a price to do the whole thing. I felt good about his knowledge, expertise, and price, so I set it up. He came on time, worked his tail off for more hours than I expected (what it took to get the job done right), and happily walked me around to show me is work when he was done. He showed up on time, explained the process to me so that I would understand the science behind the products and then proceeded to work like crazy cleaning my carpets. He was such a nice gentleman, that I would have felt comfortable running errands and leaving him in my house! The carpet came out great; fresh smelling, clean and dried within an hour or two.
