We had a fabulous experience with Clean Image Carpet & Upholstery. Our smaller sectional needed some serious cleaning love as we just didn't realize that professional upholstery cleaning was the necessary route - you know, we had tried on our own to clean it. After our first cleaning (two kids, pet, etc.) there were remaining darker areas because it had been a several years since we purchased the furniture. Jason was incredibly responsive and wanted to make it right. So, he came back again to go over the larger cushions and watched more dirty water come from our furniture since it seems that initial cleaning brought it all to the surface. The complimentary second cleaning made a huge difference and we are extremely pleased with the service we received. We will certainly be using their service again.
