I hired Blue Falcon Cleaning to clean all the carpets in my new house. The carpets were nasty but Nick got them all looking like new. Because there was so much hidden grime it was a much bigger job than originally thought, but Nick stayed with his quoted price which I greatly appreciated. I will gladly recommend Blue Falcon Cleaning to anyone. And I can also say this with certainty, you will NEVER meet someone who is more enthusiastic about cleaning carpets than Nick.

Hands down the best carpet cleaner I've ever hired. Beyond just cleaning Nick took his time to elaborate on how exactly the process worked when it came to stains, smells and urine remediation. I had reservations about chemicals because of pets and small children but after explanation I was completely comfortable and more than satisfied with the results. I heard of Blue Falcon and Nick word of mouth through a friend. I had a large white area rug which I was giving to our daughter that first needed to be cleaned and have pet urine stains and smell removed. I knew it would be a challenge and Nick was very honest about his concerns about having an entirely satisfactory outcome. But he willingly said he would do his best, even picked up and took the rug home to his place of business where he could provide optimum processes. He then returned the rug after multiple cleanings and drying it carefully. He was concerned that he had not been completely successful and reduced his fee because its felt he had not been able to deliver on his promise. However, he need not have worried. When my daughter unrolled the rug she was thrilled. It was spotless and there were no stains whatsoever and no smells. Nick at Blue Falcon did a fantastic job and I would recommend his services to anyone!

It’s always a little concerning these days to invite someone into your home to complete a task they’ve been hired for. That was the case, since we had just moved to Eden Prairie from South Dakota. I got a good feeling from Nick at Blue Falcon during our phone conversation, and I wasn’t disappointed. He was genuine, respectful and polite from the moment he was invited into our home.
